first steroid cycle - Thinking Big

Gender - Male
weight - 75kg - 12stones - 165lbs
height - 5.9"

This is my first thread on this forum and my first cycle that I will be commencing soon - I have been training for over 10 years for the last 7 it has been fairly up to scratch - training - diet - nutrition - supplementation - rest etc its hard work and I have so much respect for all body-builders natural or drug based.

I have been considering to do my first anabolic steroid cycle and am very exciting about potential results - I work out at home currently using a half bench and half rack Olympic bar z bar t - bar and 155kg in total that's around 300lbs no dumbbells still working on some as money is tight considering me and the wife are saving for our first newborn boy :) so time to do what I wanted to of for a long time and get it out of the way until I'm tired down double time lol - #i have debated so much with myself on what cycle to do - first it was going to be all oral which I heard is the worst possible cycle as in just dbol/anavar or combined with heavier liver toxicity oral steroids - So here is what I have come up with I have pureley decicded to go with this stack due to budget and the quality contents on offer in the stack...

3500mg T. Enanthate
2000mg Deca
Nolvadex 28 (30) tabs
Proviron 21(20) tabs
Clomid 28(30) tabs
dbol blue hearts (50) tabs

Test e - deca - nolvadex being gen-shi UGL products - the rest is possible generics (hoping genshi will be good and safe there is another brand but I think its highly counterfeited)

CYCLE INFO IN ATTACHMENT - JPEG PLEASE VIEW AND POST FEEDBACK - THANK YOU

I will start dbol to week 3 - 2 tabs a day sound fine?

test e - 500 divided into two doses each weeks (will get and extra 500mg)

deca 200mg all the way till cut away two or one weeks before end of cycle

more advice - etc all for it will be appreciated on this cycle help needed asap

Hi, first cycle is test only . U wanna go with a bang on ur first cycle then boom hire 3j for diet one , two test only , three enjoy.
 
i think you should consider a bit more before running that cycle. 165 and you've been eating right for 7 years?

Sounds pretty scary. I checked out your site - you said "I have been training for over 10 years" but it looks more like two. Maybe one.

I'd go with diet from 3J for six months or so. After you can get as much as you can without steroids then it would be good to try a simple, clean cycle. You have a child coming - there is nothing more important than that. Stay healthy - stay alive.
 
Put on 20lbs using diet.

Once you learn how to gain without juice, then you're ready for TEST ONLY cycle.

No one here is bashing you son just helping you.
 
i agree with most of the above comments... at 5'9", 165 u are way to small to have been eating/training right for 7-10 yrs. I'm an inch taller than u and have 80lbs on u... I would say u could get to 180-185 easy without gear

... but we can only say so much... if ur not gonna listen, ur not gonna listen
 
Dude if you want to gain some serious weight drink a gallon of whole milk a day with your normal food intake. Cheapest weight gainer you can ever get
 
I understand all your comments and appreciate feedback - one of the main reasons i have decided to do this is because I have hit a serious plateau in my training + many other things.

I've decided to get the following gear -

Test E for 10 or possible twelve depending on how things are

Dbol first 4-6 weeks

Shall I take arimdex thought cycle ? If so how much will
I need - pretty pricey stuff but I think it's a low dose or even half the pill
Everyday.

I will also have nolvadex - proviron and clomid in hand

Proviron instead of arimdex ? Can you guys clear this up for me - throughout the cycle?

agreed, dam bro 1000mg a week, lmao your gonna blow the fuck up and seriously fuck up your tendons and joints and etc, because your gonna grow so fast, honestly eat 8 meals a day, train heavy, heavy for 4-5x a week and make sure your eating 4-5500calories a day and you'll gain that natural weight in couple of months, throw in some creatine buddy that will help u grow too, wait at least till you 190-200lbs
 
I'm going to go with the minority opinion here. I think you should do a cycle... Moderate... And test only.... With a full pct and recovery. AND YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO EAT LIKE A BODYBUILDER. You will not grow without eating... PERIOD. I'm dissenting to the minority view because it sounds like you have your heart set on it. But the other guys are right, diet is of the utmost importance in this game.... Steroids merely provide the icing in the cake.
 
Hey guys so I will be running 30mg for 4-6 weeks and test e 500mg split for 10-12 weeks any ideas if I should run proviron all the way? Or arimidex if so how much? Through out the cycle and what's better for pct? nolvadex or clomid heard all I bad stuff about clomid shall I go with nolvadex for four weeks?

Bro, my daily shits weigh more than you. Diet means more than gear and will get you started. Without a diet, your gear wont do shit for you. Then when you come off your cycle, youll ask us what happened and why you weigh the same as you did before
 
Frank: you asked for advice and everyone has said not to do this. Why did you ask?

Far cheaper, far safer and something to make you far prouder of yourself would be to hook up with 3J on the diet forum and go as far as you can naturally.

How would you feel about yourself when people ask whether you are using gear and you can tell them - honestly - that you aren't?

And after a year or 18 months getting yourself to your natural potential, give gear a go if you still feel like it.

Have you really been training for over ten years? Because your Aug 11 2009 photo shows someone who really hasn't spent much time in the gym at all.

I repeat: If you have a baby on the way that is the most important thing right now, and it will change your priorities hugely. Take very, very good care of yourself, and diet versus gear seems conservative, but that's what you need right now.

You are not ready for gear because you haven't given natural training and perfect diet a chance, and because you owe it to your baby to be conservative.
 
Not the advice I was looking for Kate I mean mate sorry did I call you Kate lol I'm into a lot of different sports not just bodybuilding this cycle is going to commence with proper diet and supplements as I really do know my shit friend...
