first time planning to take steriods please help

okay guys i know im going to get some hate but fuck it,
im 19 in two months started training at 16 at 62kg now at 82kg been eating clean and training almost every day for the last 12 months and i have decided its time to push past my current boundaries. basicly can you help me out with what exactly i should be taking for my first time on steriods including the blockers ect and the pros and cons of injecting vs oral thanks heaps guy please no hate haha

Eating clean is something that all of us assume we're doing. Before venturing into the world of AAS, you should really consider having your diet evaluated by a professional. No matter how much you think the diet is great, I assure you that they will find flaws and the cause of your stagnant growth. Look for 3J, he's a professional and experienced nutritionist that has taken many, just like yourself, to multiple levels.

You'd be better off to wait until you are in your twenties to cycle. Your body is still growing and I'm sure you can progress more naturally. You should just start researching and reading what you can but wait until you are older. Even if you were old enough nobody is going to sit here and lay you out a cycle without you putting in any work. There's thousands of these first cycle threads and the advice is usually all the same.
 
It's not hate bro its good advice. You're not fully developed at that age so you can stunt your growth and close you growth plates, it can stunt the development of your brain which is still developing at your age, and you can permanently mess with your HPTA system since its not fully developed. I'd recommend you to wait at least another 4yrs or so. Get in the training and diet section and get some critiques to help keep you gaining/progressing until then.
 
Hey man I don't think anyone is going to lay out your first cycle for you, especially because of your age.

I, along with most everyone else on this forum would advise against AAS use. But in all honesty, what difference does that make? You'll end up doing what you want to do i'm sure..

The best thing you can do is research, research, research. Make sure you understand everything.

Interested in using him when I go balls deep into AAS and want that dry look.

First cycle should be done right. First, length. I would do a 16 week cycle. The longer the better. Also on this long cycle keep your natural testosterone up, so take 500+ iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every two to three days. I advise against running any 19Nor steroids because they cause heart vesicle damage. Run testosterone. Dosage? Well people say miracles happen above 3grams a week. If you are running propionate run around 1400mg a week. Cypionate run around 3 grams. Also along with any test cycle you need proscar. As for an estrogen blocker don't use one, gyno is easily reversed in pct and the water lost using an estrogen blocker is no good. You need plenty of water in your body during any work out and you will lose water with an estrogven blocker. I would advise you to use clenbutrol because it helps breathing during exercise. Also, if you get insomnia try some melatonin if that doesn't work get a hypnotic drug like lunesta. You need plenty of rest. Remember your body sleeps best with the sun down. So that means 9 o'clock bedtime and an early wake up. Post cycle you will need to run clomid. Clomid is not only a serm but it also increases the number of cells that produce lh and FSH. You need clomid because nolvadex does not do what clomid does. Remember to eat a lot a lot a lot of good food and few saturated fats. Also a cortisol blocker like 11-oxo will increase gains. If you notice anything bad happening to your body stop all drugs right away and go right into pct.

Personally, i recommend starting at around 15 grams of test a week for a beginner cycle. If injected and administered through the nutsack, you don't have to use an AI.
