first tren ace cycle log while on trt.

Hows your cardio holding out man? is the tren killing it?

Idk, but I can't avoid cardio myself, because of my work! I guess it's for the better as I do eat more carbs than I should. When you got 5 mouths besides yourself to feed, sometimes you gotta take what you can get. ;-) Its definantly helping with definition tho. I keep updating my avi as I see change and that's like daily so I'd say the gear is good2 go!!!! Lol jus sayin

You and me both.. I too have many many mouths to feed.. I take whatever I can get.. Last night we went to the Golden Corral .. It was absolutely trifling, but guess what? I still eat like a beast...I eat when I can and I eat anything....haha.. What do you for work?

I gotta tell ya brother, that's comforting to hear. The fact that I ain't the onlyone hear that doesn't have a diet that is nailed down to a tee..lol. Yeah, sometimes I take whatever is left over. Piece 8f frozen pizza the kids didnt finish, leftovers galore really. I do make an attempt to eat right, don't get me wrong...lol! Its a job, you know, obviously. man right now I'm paint7by apartments out the wahzoo, I have a contract with. As remodeling is slow...until people start getting tax refunds back then my phone will start to blow up! Happens every year brother:-)

I love tren obviously to.much :)
I don't get the trensomnia people talk about but feel tired at times during the day like.I wanna take a nap, then out.of.the blue I wake up again
No bad sides other then.tren cough post injection as I can feel it come on and usually last for a few minutes
Sucks
What I found that worked tho for tren couch is to.mix alittle bit.of b12 in the mix and.or.wiping the needle off with an alcohol.swap pad prior to.injection
But tren makes me horny as hell like I wanna go fuck a tree ha

I'm learning that I love me some tren too Matt!! Lol. This stuff does a body right. And it gives me a good sense of well being...almost euphoric. Aggresion, not so much. Although, I do do go full ape in the gym::-) I think the combo of the prami and tren compliment each other just right. My lady is loving the benefits she getting from this blast too...lol. Keep calm and Tren on!

Ok. So now that I'm at about the halfway point of my blast here with tren n loving every minute of it, I have to ask....what happens when I come off!?!? Is it like test in that I can keep my gains given that I keep my diet n training where they need to be? Im seeing some nic changes to my physique take place here and we'll, I'd like to see them last...even after my love affair with tren is over. I assume some of the hardness n vascularity might fade some but I feel as though my muscles are getting a bit denser, thicker as I hoped for from the jump. How do I keep that? Hoping it is just that simple..as I stated above. Diet and training. Or is it a physique that will only come back when on tren again? Those of you that have been here and done that know what I'm talking about.....I see why tren deserves the fearsome respect it's due now. Wow!!

Neither do full body workouts!
Yo B, let a brother in on your Greek God workout routine beeeeeerrow!!!

Of course....

I do about 5/10 minute warm up (primer) specific to the bodypart I am training... which will be with light weights purely to induce the mind/muscle connection for the target muscle I am about to work.

Then I hit a 25/30 minute strength phase, which will be structured and progressive and usually involves compound movements (if bulking) or heavy isolation (if cutting).

Then finally I finish with a 25/30 minute (depending on endurance levels) hypertrophy phase - which will involve supersets, drop sets, rest-pause sets, negatives, time-under-tension work etc etc etc - with the sole goal here to trash the target muscle into submission so that when I leave that gym I cannot do one more single rep.

I've found a great deal of success with it as I feel it hits the whole plethora of muscle fibres, and gives the body the variation and intensity that it needs to respond and grow.

I'm fucking sick of seeing people spend half their session with their heads in their training diaries or on their ipads...

Turn the tunes up, hit each phase as hard as you can, and then get out, eat, rest and grow.

I use this protocol with a high percentage of my more experienced clients - and they have flourished beyond belief - and perhaps more importantly, they're training with a smile on their face again!

I like the keep it simple approach! Get in, hit it, get out! The people that mistake the gym for a social gathering kill me. ....like its high school in there sometimes.

I certainly wouldn't call it simple!

Three distinct and equally important segments to the workout, specifically designed to achieve different results.

It's took me years to come across this method of training, and I've had to fine-tune it as I went along.

But yes, workout intensity is key, once the headphones go on, it's game time.

So you came up with that routine eh? That's pretty impressive bro..if so. Well you can believe I'll be adopting this style...at least for a while. Thnx B!

Ok, so I tried your routine you described Ben. At least to the best of my ability as I understood you. The pump was insane, I know that much. Muscles definantly got exhausted. Not sure if I killed them like you described tho as I was still able to do a lightweight triceps extension when I was done. Lol. But yeah, I focused on back and tri's and tore that shee-it up, fo sho!! Thanks for The new idea. I like to change up my routines as much as possible.

Just thought I'd bump myself here!! What the hell, why not right??lol. Anyways, by this point all is smooths sailing. No trensomnia to note. Matter fact slept better last nite than I have in a long time. At the gym, I've been getting some looks, lol. Strenght thru the roof, pumps are insane and more vascular than I've ever been. I'm a couple weeks out from tecnically being done with this hellaciously amazing blast. But that's the point, tequnically. Lol. Am quite tempted to keep this run going for a week or two longer;-) What can I say, I love me some tren! It seems as the sides, that were minimal anyway, began to lessen if not completely disappear at about the halfway point. It like it's going too good. Lol. Maybe if it was a bit rougher I may not be tempted at all. Idk. Of course, I know the right thing to do would be cut it off At the sceduled time, wait til another blast:-(. Thoughts?

Well sheee-iitt!! Having trouble with pics. I want to post some better ones than Just a selfie. I'll get some up asap. Any one have any thoughts on extending blast by a couple weeks? Any major harm in that. 50Mg eod tren a 100. Thanks guys!

How many weeks in on the tren are you?

Any before and after stats?

On week six. I set out on this blast to cut up some as to make muscularity more visible. Definantly not a bulking blast. I've remained right around 218 - 222. I've put on about 4 lbs. So far so good. Other than I'd like to cut up a bit more. Itching to go another couple weeks.

Great thread! Lot of solid info from Ben. I read thru it in anticipation. Of my up n coming tren run...
Tren a 100 eod or 50 ed
Test e 800
Tbol
T3

I like to follow 3js reverse pyramid but that requires a heavy set of 4 reps and back in y o Ur thread Teut made a good point about not going too heavy. Then Big Ben mentioned his workout plan so I may switch to a basic bb pyramid and go no lower than 6 reps
So I learned a shit ton of good stuff here.

Solider, what dones your training routine look like?

Agreed! With everything you said here bro. I learned a shit ton here myself! The willingness of these fellas to share their wisdom floors me. Better than anything you can buy, i m o.
Personally I like to add in a bit of all the training tips given here plus more and then change it up workout to workout.
In other words, my routine is "no routine", every workout is different. As long as I'm about an hour in the gym per session and grind hard....I'm Good:-)
