Fixing a lagging body part.

What would you guys recommend someone do who's having an awful time seeing gains in a particular body part?

My biceps just don't seem to grow. I'm natural so drugs aren't the issue; I'm rockin' a little smaller than 17" guns, but it's all tricep. I pretty much have no bicep peak.

I've kinda of decided I'm going to hit biceps all day all week out of boredom and see what happens.

What exercises do you guys recommend? I always feel nice contraction on the preacher curl.

Chins, BB curls, heavy presses, pull ups, dips. Obviously some are for overall arm development not just biceps.
 
Bicep peaks can be very genetic and not up to your control. Look up Hanh Champion on youtube. He has extremely thick arms and look like they'd be 18-19, but they are 17s due to no bicep peak. Incline DB curls and reverse curls seem to do the peak well though. Try them out.
