FL3X wants to be AndroMassive

I welcome myself back after a long vacation at my girlfriend's lake cottage. I got some quality lifts in as well as jet skiing and fishing amongst other things. It was much needed.

I weighed myself today and I'm still at 215 pounds. I know I've been putting down at least 3500 calories on my off days and 4000 plus on training days. I'm getting roughly 70g of carbs per meal, for most meals. I need even more calories!!!
My training intensity is right where it has been in past cycles, supplementation and diet also right on par. But then again, I didn't have as much muscle mass then either, and my last cycle I think I started out at 195, which I had just gotten to prior to starting. I'm wondering what specific thing I need to change, all that comes to mind is fitting in an extra 200 calories here and there between meals and perhaps finding a way to add another meal into my schedule.

I want to get the most out of this last 3.5 weeks. Any ideas?
 
Dont laugh because it works for those who have the luxury of time, but a nap during the day or something to release more gh while you sleep is something to consider. Heck if you can manage to get a solid 8 hours of sleep, that is imo one of the best things you can do for yourself. Powerfull from Usp labs works well for me for getting a complete nights rest and sleeping the whole way through.

You have the right idea, which is to further increase calories. One of the common mistakes is for people to forget to increase their caloric intake throughout the cycle even though they may be 10-15 lbs heavier than when they started.

My recommendations are usually the same for anyone in this scenario and that is to incorporate more fatty proteins such as ground sirloin, whole eggs, chicken thighs, cheese, etc. The vacation may have hindered you a bit in the short term, but it sounds like it refreshed and rested your mind, which will prime you for success on the second half here.

^^I agree, you jumped up to 215 with the dbol, you need to eat more to keep gaining. However, are you looking leaner? Add in cals bud, at least 250. The fact that your are sustaining the weight is good.
 
I am looking leaner, that's a true statement. The striations in my pecs are more visible and my quads look more defined. So maybe with the cals I was at, I was still gaining and dropped some body fat.

I ended up going a little over 4 hours with no food this morning thanks to getting stuck with the 110 pound workaholic, and I was grumpy as ever and feeling a tad hypo, so I finally told him I was gonna use the bathroom and I went and scarfed down a giant dish of chicken alfredo penne that I brought in, was supposed to be 2 meals, around 1200 calories lol...I was hungry. I'm feeling better now.

Last note today, I'm recovering fast from my workouts. My chest/tri's day has become much more taxing on my CNS due to my routine change and I'm still not feeling sore the next day. Still feeling it a bit in my lats from a couple days ago but that was the first time I've done weighted pullups/supersets for back in a couple weeks so that was a given, although the pain isn't nearly what I'm used to.
 
Ya, up the cals. Of course this is up to you if you are leaning out and staying consistent in weight (recomp) then maybe you will want to continue as is.

I have added in extra calories now so hopefully I can put on some more weight from here until PCT.
My work days have been so long lately that I am finding it hard to prepare meals for the next day, but I am going to put some time in the kitchen this weekend and prep a bunch of meals that I can have for next week.
 
I felt very strong on my shoulder routine yesterday, adding 10 pounds a piece to my DB overhead press, and 10 pounds to my reverse flyes. One of my goals on this cycle was to add size to my outer delts, and standing in the mirror I can tell I have done this already. Results like this motivate me even more :)
 
i have 2 bottles of AM and its so hard jsut holding onto it and not starting it up right away

Just make sure you don't jump the gun before you have your diet and everything else ready. It would suck to waste a cycle because you didn't have enough good food and all that.

yea im holding out till i have everything i want - since i paid all that money id rather do it right then do it wrong and see only half the gains. my diet- ive really been working on cleaning up, and although i have cheated the last couple days (urges for a zebra cake and ice cream) i gained about 3 lbs right away just by cleaning up my diet and focusing more on protein and carbs and such.


p.s. im still following this with great anticipation

Smart man to work on diet/workout first. And enjoy the zebra, unless you are going pro, occasional cheats keep you sane.

yea my workout is pretty good.... i mean.. always room for improvement but i always come out of the gym smoked and feeling good about my work outs.
Just have to really focus on the diet part, which is the hardest thing for me.

You get your diet down and trust me the gains from AM will be ten times better:) You're on the right path, just stick with it.

Once you get into the groove, you forget stuff like ice cream was ever even an option.

i just started my andro mass yesterday... but didnt hit the gym yesterday sadly, cause i felt like crap and had very little sleep.

but now my diet should be as clean as possible. Will be eating 6 meals a day.. maybe more.

Im hoping that AM ups your apetite cause lately i was having to force feed myself till i felt sick trying to get in all that i needed in

Some see increased appetite, others see reduced. However, you should start your own log, so as not to take Fl3x's completely off topic.
