I have 3 months to a wedding and I want to tone down and I have been doing light weights with lots of reps.
- Morning I drink 1% Milk mixed with apple/banana in whey protein at 6:30 am
- 8:30 have coffeee
-10:30 I have light veggies/fruits
- noon I have cottage cheese, brown bread with tuna
- 4:30 I take nuts and then hit the gym
when I come back from gym i drink creatne with orange juice then have salad with white rice and chicken ....
I have to get ripped .....I work hard at the gym ... I have been doing this from the last 4/5 months now.
any advise is appreciated ... I have read all the board almost and have learnt a lots ....I am also convinced with drugs ..but dont plan at this point .... to use it to get ripped.
I am 37, 5ft-7 and weight 179pounds.
