Flex2xl transformation log

I hate to admit it Mopar but yes 100 lbs. Its hard to believe what can happen to your body when you have no energy or drive. But that has all definately changed with Chip and 3js help. I finally broke down and took some progress pics. I am still a work in progress but here they are after 5 months.

TR90125- I am not married but I do have a girlfriend and she loves the new the me. Unfortunately I think I have created a monster because now she wants me to have an 8 pack lol.
3j-you made the diet easy bro. When its food you like to eat there is no reason to complain. I have been around the bodybuilding lifestyle for awhile and know what it takes, I just never had a plan this easy to follow before. You know where I want to be and with your help I have no doubts I will get there.
 
Flex, again you are the Poster Dude for what is capable with Diet, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), Exercise, and most importantly, Motivation. Congrats on your 100lb Transformation !!!

My bad. I've checked this thread several times and somehow missed the pics.

But holy cow! You've lost a shitload of weight in such a short time. You must feel amazing from all the progress you've made. I would say keep it going, but that's redundant.
 
Thanks Johnny. I am going to keep working on it lol. I am 2 lbs. away from my goal, I should hit it by Sunday. I guess its time to set a new one. Really I just need to keep tightening up.

Sorry for going mia guys. I got kinda burnt out between school and work so I fell off the horse for about a week and a half. But I am back on it again and have dropped 7 pounds I put on. It actually made me look fuller so I'm not disappointed.

flex2xl, nice so far, what is your diet like? how many grams of protein? and how much has your strength increased since the start for say, bench press, squat?

Thanks man. As far as diet I have been working with 3j and he knows his stuff. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have made the progress I have so quickly. I am on his Carb cycling diet and I think my protein is around 250 grams daily. Strength gains have been great when I started I could not squat (leg issues) but now I'm squatting 165 lbs. 10 times and my bench has went from 135 lbs. 10 reps to 315 lbs. For 8 reps. Strength does increase weekly though :).
