Thanks guys! Honestly 3j makes a plan that is so easy to follow its hard to fail. Add that to Chip getting our low hormone levels up to where they need to be, the two of them are the most potent combonation in the world! Its hard to put into words the appreciation and gratitude I have for these guys, and the life they have given back to me!

Thanks Chip! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! It was a busy week, I didn't have much time to post. I am down a total of 70 pounds since I started my protocol, 3j has helped me lose 60 pounds of it so far. There is finally a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel lol. Happy New Year Everyone!!!!!

Thanks guys! It means a lot to have the support of everybody here! I am at the point where one minute I am looking decent and the next minute I look terrible lol. I have been there before and will get through it. Everything is still progressing nicely and I should be posting pics within the next couple weeks.

I was 250lb of fat 2.5 years ago, ya I worked out but my BF had to have been 25%. closer to 12-13% now.

Haha it would be nice to make some modeling money. But I know I will be in the best shape of my life thanks to you and Chip 3j! Everything is still on track thanks for asking mopar! I started back to school on Monday so I didn't get a chance to post measurements. But as of Monday I'm down to 254 and I tried on my 36 waist jeans and they were loose! I have been averaging about 6 lbs a week and I am the happiest I've been in a long time. Is that you in your avatar mopar? Very impressive bro!

Nice size 36 is pretty small!! 6pm a wk is crazy. Ya that's me, cutting still.
 
Sorry guys I've been neglecting my thread a little. With my new found energy and look its hard to stay in the house anymore lol. Things are still progressing nicely. I have slowed in dropping weight but its still 2-3 lbs a week, but I am getting a lot more definition. The only real trouble areas are around the stomach and chest but it will come. 3j is on top of things and I know he will adjust my diet when needed.

Flex, I am new to the forum and have been trying to read up here as much as possible and you Brother are the Poster Dude for success hands down !!! You've dropped close to 75 pounds and provided an outstanding public service to others here by showing what CAN be done with Chip's TRT/HRT Therapy, 3J's Diet, and most importantly your MOTIVATION. I just finished reading this thread from beginning to finish and it's amazing what you have accomplished. And to the nay sayer's early on who were questioning your progress, Dude they can Lick Balls !!! Look at yourself now. I know your busy, but please keep up the posting of your log when your able. Thanks damn yankee! Support like yours is what motivates me and keeps me inspired. I just hope people see this and realize they can do it to, and not think I'm bragging. A lot of people I haven't seen do not even recognize me anymore lol. Chip and 3j are the most potent combination on the planet for helping us guys with low t. They are professionals and truly understand what we go through. I'm planning on getting bloodwork done within the next 2 weeks to see where my levels are at. My weight leveled off this week but my measurements have still dropped, so I am still happy about that...

Well I just signed on with 3j for another 8 weeks. I can't believe how much he and Chip have changed my life in such a short period of time. It is truly amazing and everybody is saying how I am a completely different person. Not only the way I look but the way I feel and my attitude towards life now, I am actually happy again :dance2:.

That's real great news! 3j is the man! I may just do the 8 weeks though. For financial reasons( bills up the ass) . Keep it up flex.. my fat ass will try to keep up. By summer time.. I won't be fat anymore, just semi.. LOL
 
Thanks senas! Just stayed motivated and I'm sure you can blow by me bro, and you are right 3j is the man! I didn't change anything this week(maybe just lifted a little heavier) but I dropped a few more pounds. I am still extremely happy with my progress and how I feel.
