keep up the good work and add 10-15mg sublingual dhea daily, especially since you are burning a lot of it working out. don't let estrogen get out of control.

Thanks for the tip cjw. Is there any brand that you recommend?

Hey Flex keep up the log bro! I can't believe you almost lost 6 inches on your waist in less than 2 mnths! Keep up the cardio while the muscle relaxers get that nerve unpinched.. I'm lookin forward to working w/ 3j- he emailed me to remind me to get my measurements to him- I like that he stays on top of his customers and your results are looking like he's got you on the right diet.. Anyways, I hope you get well soon.. Best!

Thanks TR! You won't be sorry you decided to go w/3j. His diets are easy to follow and he only gives you food you like to eat. I like that he responds quickly to your questions even if its 1 in the morning!

Good to hear.. Keep the log going! I'm going to start my own soon.. When I see grilla's and your log I learn more than any scientifical study will tell me

Be careful with that pinched nerve, I had one end of June and didn't take care of for a month thinking i could just stretch it out and take anti-inflamatories. Bad idea, I developed brachial-plexus neuritis and almost killed the nerves running to my right side. The outer tricep/upper pec/delt/trap and lat all atrophied to the point where I lost almost 20 pounds and went from benching 405 to barely pushing up 135.

Chiro finally relieved the pressure off the trunk nerve after a month of 3-4 visits a week but its been a long slog back with my right arm. It also caused the muscles to pull my forearm bones out of alignment since the inside tri was still firing while the outside wasn't. Nightmare.

If you're feeling pain and/or numbness radiating down your shoulder and arm from that pinched nerve in your neck (C6/C7 area especially), get to a chiro or neurologist asap. Nothing to fool around with.

I sure will! Good to know people can learn from it. Starting your own log will keep you motivated and guys like you responding will make you push harder to make progress.

Thanks for jumping in on this b_saan! That is actually what happened to me. It started in my neck but move down into my shoulder, tricep, forearm and numbess all over. Its like my forearm is asleep and my fingers tingle, with strength loss. I went to a gp and he ordered a nerve conduction study, but the pain was so severe I went ahead and seen a chiropractor. I have only had 3 visits but it seems to be helping some. I'm glad to know this was the right thing to do!
