Flex2xl transformation log

we are glad you find it rewarding 3j, you are very good at your job! I am still amazed when i get a quick reply at 1 in the morning. I can not thank you and chip for all your hard work and dedication, and it moviates me all the more. With that being said, i was worried about starting the carb cycling diet but that has been put to rest. Even on the no carb day my energy level was through the roof. 3j also hooked me up with a workout to go along with it and i think my measurements will show you how great it works!

hey flex2XL..... Just as 3j and i have been able to help motivate you, it is the diligence to your "log" that continues to help others and give them the motivation to succeed. A long time ago, when i said that we, at maximus Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) were going to build the best "team" out there, i think there were a lot of people that questioned whether or not it could/would really happen. Well, look at us now! There is a saying that i truly live by, and a great movie with the same title... "pay it forward". And that is what a guy like you is doing every time you post on your log of progress. Keep up the great work, bro!

Sorry long post

This has been the best week I have had in the gym so far. I can't believe how strong my legs have gotten in just 8 weeks or so. Let me explain this, when I was 25 I was diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor which they said I probably had from birth. They also said if they hadn't found it when they did I would have been paralyzed within the year. The tumor was removed but it had done significant damage to the nerves going to my legs. The most I have ever squatted was 135 after surgery and took me 2 years to get to that point. When I first started working out 8 weeks ago I couldn't even do a squat holding onto a machine, this week I was able to put 25's on both side of the bar and go deep. I couldn't believe the progress. I also have been able to bump the treadmill speed up to 2.2 with an upgrade of 3 for 20 minutes. My measurements for the week are:
on 11/28
weight 286 Neck 17 1/2, Chest 48 1/4, Stomach at belly button 45 3/4, Waist line 41, Biceps 16, Thighs 20 1/2, Calves 15, Forearm 13 5/8

on 12/2
weight 284 Neck 17 1/2, Chest 48 1/8, Stomach at belly button 45 1/4, Waist line 40 1/2, Biceps 16, Thighs 20 1/4, Calves 15, Forearm 13 5/8

for all you guys out there saying that its "too hard to go to the gym" or "too hard to eat right" take a lesson from flex... the guy is at a natural disadvantage and he's kicking all your asses because you guys dont have the testicular fortitude to do what needs to be done in order to reach your goals

great work flex!!

Thanks 3j! You and Chip have given me the tools and support to get where I want to go. This is something I have wanted for a long time now and I'm going do what it takes to get there.

good job.

The most important thing to look at is the waist and stomach measurements. As long as those are going down your good. the other areas will stay the same if your working out.
just the fat volume will be replaced my muscle mass.

Thanks Packgus. Actually I have been lifting heavy and following one of 3js workout plan. Today was one of the roughest days I have had dieting. I was craving everything, but I thought of my maximus bros and managed to fight through it.
