Hey I posted awhile ago an issue I had with DC when I was doing my Bi's where I couldnt beat the log book infact I was doing less reps than the previous time I did it. Everything else is going up in weight except my bi's could it be because im doing bi's on mondays then doing back on wednesday but it still hits my bi's so as a result it overtraining my Bi's?? I use to do statics with my bi's but that was just too much taxing and now I dont do statics and im still having problems killing that log book. In regards with the other bodyparts I do statics on all of my workouts and in getting good gains. please help out my Bi's

How is your pre workout meal, are you getting in enough carbs?

Can you post you log results for you Bi/forearm/leg workout?

This might be a bit of a pain in the butt, but it can give us a better look at why your bi's are falling behind.

I'm not as educated on DC stuff as In-Human is, but I will help where I can.

stop training biceps, i did this and gained more than when i was training them doing DC training. the only thing i did for biceps was supinated chins on chest/shoulder/tri/back day

Let me see what exercises you are doing and the weights and we can make some adjustments, I am thinking we need to go high reps like 15-30 RP, so lets take a look, post them here...

Okay, first off, I would suggest some rudimentary punctuation and grammar lessons. Then, I would like to see what you're currently doing, so we can help you a little bit more. I generally train biceps less than any other group, and I'm thinking you may need to follow the same route. Listen to IH, PB, and Dawg - they know what they're talking about, so if they tell you how to fix something, do it even if you don't think it looks right.

LOL, No DAWG I understood it, hell I am old like you are, but in his case he would need to do it to her 6 times then slap her, lol.

SpikeyLizard, Thank you, just trying to help and as you said we need to see it so we can fix it...

sorry for the delay im on vacation so its not as easy to be online. Heres my workouts for my Bicepts: (Its not a lot so dont laugh)
Day 1
Barbell: 2 warmup sets, then Real Set is 35lb on each end 8,5,4 restpause is 15 sec long, then statics for 25sec, then I stretched 20lb BD for 1 min
Day 2
Preacher curls: 2 warmup sets, then Real Set is 35lb DB 10,6,3 restpause, then statics for 23 sec, then stretching same way 20lb DB for 1 min.
Day 3 (Heres where I start to get a little weaker)
Seated BD Curls: 2 warmup sets, then Real Set is 30lb DB 6,3,2 restpause, then statics for 19sec, then stretching was 20lbDB 40 sec long

When I hit Day 1 again for Bicepts this is what I was doing
Day 1
Barbell: 2 warmup sets, then 35lb each end for 6,2,1 At this point I was soo upset that I gave up on doing statics and stretching for it.
Day 2
Preacher Curls: 2 warmup sets, then 40lb DB for 7,4,4 then Statics for 20 sec then stretching with 20lb was 33sec gave up for 5 sec then went at it again for another 30 sec.

After that day I thought I was overtraining so I gave myself a break (5 days I think) then I went on vacation. did some light warm up stuff then decided to skip day 3 and try and hit day 1 to see if I would improve on that. I was at a place that used KG instead on lb so it ended up being something like 32 or 33lb on each end 9,6,3 no statics, stretching was 20lb for 50sec

After tha day its been hard to goto the gym where im at so when I goto the gym I do a mic of DC workouts and volume workouts

can someone also please tell me what is the general optimal restpause sets someone should do for each bodypart please ( I know it differs per person, but theres an avg general trend). Also when I go up in weight am I expected do the same amount of reps as before or am I supposed to do a little less (If so how much less?)

Are you doing the split like this:

(1) Chest/Delts/Tri/Back Width/Back Thickness

(2) Bicpes/Forearms/Calves/Hams/Quads

You should have picked 3 exercises per body part. Each workout you rotate between the 3 exercises. If Monday July 26th you did Barbell Curls as your bicep workout, you should not be doing Barbell Curls again until Monday August 9th.

I don't know exactly how you are doing the program, so it is hard to comment. Have you read Cycle For Pennies?

for my food intake I eat fine, I goto the gym usually a little late from 7-8:30 and after that I take a protien shake, carb drink, eat chicken and usually pasta or rice with it. I just started taking creatine with my carb drink but I havent gained a pound from it yet (its been 2 weeks) probably because I dont drink as much water as I should with creatine. I take a total of 240g of protien and I weight 165lb

Ok first off here, lets drop the statics til you figure out your recouperation ability.

Stretches for biceps do them after you do your Forearm exercise.

Leave your ego out, don't care if you start with the bar, get at least 11-15 reps RP.

Your major problem I see right here is food, you need atleast 400 grams of protein every day...

Keep Creatine for post only, it is a appetite suppressor so don't use it every day, your protein needs to be higher, how do you expect to grow with 240 grams?, hell 2 grams per lb is 330 thats if you want to stay the same weight, so you need at least 400 to make gains, make sense?.

You need simple sugars with your post shake, Dextrose or Maltodextrin in grape juice...
