I feel ten times better after three weeks off. I really burnt myself out mentally and physically using my ego to lift instead of my brains. That is over. I am not saying that I want go heavy. I am just saying that there is a time and a place, not every workout. Obviously training for the single and multi-ply meets at the same time was a bad idea. All I did was try on equipment, and I forgot to get stronger.

i like it! high volume training blows. you listening TOOLifter???? :)

nothing like seeing a guy doing about 4 different chest exercises for a total of 20 sets, all in the 8-10 rep range, with a slow eccentric...

bodybuilders.... *sheesh*

I know he is really famous, but his benching seems to take the cake over his other lifts. There are no-name Olympic style lifters front squatting mid 6s for multiple reps. I dont think any powerlifter has touched a raw Olympic squatters numbers either ;) Since its over 1100 pounds, I'd be willing to bet it hasn't been done.
