For those on the 5x5

I was wondering how most of you guys decided what exercies to pick for your routine. I wasn't sure (used to MAX-OT) which ones to pick, so I just follow Needsize's routine to the letter. I know this is what I shouldn't do, but i was wondering if any of you guys have better suggestions. Thanks in advance.
 
actually theres nothing wrong with following NS's routine to the letter..your 5x5 move should be a compound free weight movement..
squats
deads
bench
military press
Bb curls
CG bench

then just add in the accessory work and youve got a plan...
 
Thanks a lot, that's what I figured, it's all up to preference. I just wanted to know if what I was doing was ok, because I'm natural and didn't know if I should add more exercizes or what.
