what routines do you find best for forearms and grip. Mine suck and Im trying to bring mine up to par with the rest of my body. Iv tried everything, at least I think. I do wrist curls and farmer walks. I feel an intense painful burn but see very little responce. Even as Im on a cycle right now.
 
Ditto to what pullinbig said--deadlifts are a great overall body exercise and they will develop your forearms. I have small wrists so I also use a piece of equipment called the forearm blaster--basically a piece of pvc with a cord- attach a weight and roll the cord up then roll it down repeat 3 times your forearms should be fried.
