i have bad pains in the crease of my forearm.i cant bench with a barbell or even curl with a barbell but with dumbells its fine.i dont understand.i'm sure my elbow would be hurting but im using deca and eq right now so no pain in the elbow.
when i lift while off the pain in my elbow extrends into the crease in my forearm so i think its connected somehow?any 02's
