Thanks to Iron Flex and Pure Oils I get to trial these compounds together.

Chicken,beef,rice,sweet potato,broccoli, asparagus, almonds/butter,egg whites,
Banana, oatmeal,

Cycle- bridging over from a 8 week tren/mast 100eod, 200cyp e7d to

25mg Trest Ace ED,
100mg cyp e3d
Formabolic 50mg a day
caber .25 e3d
I will get bloods 2-3weeks to dial it in.

Liftin stats-

Lifting Routine- last cycle was a 16week hybrid 531 routine with bodybuilding accessory.
This cycle 16week cycle will be a similar layout just with a micro cycle for my main lifts.
It will look like this
week 1 and 2 are 7, 5, 3 (reps)
week 3 is 3 x 12
week 4 is 7, 5, 3
week 5 is 5 x 5
week 6 and 7 are 3 x 12
week 8 is 5 x 5
week 9 is 3 x 12
week 10 is 7, 5, 3
week 11 and 12 are 5 x 5,
week 13 is 7, 5, 3
week 14 is 5 x 5
week 15 is 3 x 12
Deload week 16 rest and re-evaluate predicted Max or absolute 1RM

Start date of Trest is 6/15 and Formabolic is 6/19(since it just arrived)
My lifting cycle started 6/16.
So far I'm not feeing much, thought my nips were alittle sensitive today but it could be all the hair.

Also I'm starting my log for Trest before I receive the trial bottle so when it arrives ill most likely bump it up to 50mg a day.

Talking with some buddies and they're saying I should use Formabolic 50mg in the AM and PM with my current Trest dose.
Any one have a different opinion?

I'm obviously going I have to get bloods to confirm its effective.

It's been a week of 25mg a day.
I've noticed I'm alittle bit softer than when I was on mast and tren.
Im applying my Formabolic in the am and pm, I don't feel any signs of High estrogen and I'm not really bloated.

Debating on bumping it to 50mg.
 
My split this week was alittle off this week,
but I never felt sore muscles so recovery is still on point.

So I said screw it since week one went good.
Bumping the Trest up to 50mg a day(350wk)
As for the Formabolic I'm going to take it
At 6am after my shower 1 pump into each arm pit so I don't have to touch it.
Then the next 2 pumps at 8pm when I get home and out of the shower.

If I feel emo,bloated,sensitive nips, or any other signs of high estrogen, I will go get blood work done immediately.
Otherwise I'll get bloods either in 4 weeks or when my Formabolic starts to get low which ever comes first.
If Formabolic is as good as they say 50mgx2 daily should be enough to handle my e2 from Trest.
