Nice my post disappeared again. I love spending 20min writing stuff for it to vanish.

I do most of my posting from my phone. Now Verizon's service has really been crappy so I'll type something up, have full signal, go to post and signal drops off completely. Then I get the lost internet service page and have to go back and retype sometimes. Happened to me a few times in a row once. I was pissed!!! So, in short, I know what ya mean! Lol!
 
My chest muscles exhaust and fall off quicker than any other muscle.

I like using the cable flys as a finisher on my chest days too. Just really seems to flood the muscles with blood and give me an awesome pump.

It's funny I listed my warm up to show I was doing inc db 55s for 15s and could barely get 6 by the time I made it back to inc db. I prolly didn't need the cables but I wanted to seal the deal. Lol

Other updates:
Still not really feeling anything from the Trest, but we still have quite awhile to go. I noticed tren A working with in the same time period. I have softened up alittle, Still hard just not what I was. :/

I took yesterday off to let my lower back heal up for today and got about 10hours of sleep. It's really been bothering me, on squats when I go down and my tailbone tucks it doesn't like that at all. So this week I just went parallel and seems to have helped. I'm not pulling anything crazy on deads today just sticking to the numbers I laid out.

I think I might have to give up the dead lift. My back just can't handle repping it out. Goin heavy. Or just about anything that has to do with bending over.
I tried moving my lower back stuff around so it wasn't deads then rack pulls then back ext which I wasn't able to even do.

Depressing day my lower back is jacked up, I had a trainer stretch and crack me up. So feels alittle better. Might be an MRI in my near future.

Everything is feeling nice and pumped so time to get some rest. Next week is 5x5 week so its going to get fun.
 
Sat/sun rest and lots of it. Trying to take it easy on my lower back that is jacked.

As far as Trest, I don't really feel much of anything.
My muscles feel full, and my appetite is back and full force.
I'm thinking of getting bloods Friday just to see how this Formabolic is doing which I think it's handling it well, since I don't seem bloated and no sensitive nips.
But the bloods will tell the real story.
 
I was one of the first to advocate transdermal formastane.. I put it in the forma-stanzol product I designed a long time ago. It will be in some future products I will make along with game mangostene and other goodies.. people will love it soon.
 
Week 3 under way.
Going to be making some adjustments to diet. Dropping calories incase I'm able to do a show depending on how bad my lower back is.

Still no signs of being on something, weight the same, strength the same.
Although smooth as butter to pin and I'm hungry as a bear.
Just not feeling much at 50mg a day.
I'm also going to get blood work soon to see how my Formabolic is doing.

training this week is 3x12 for my main lift and my lower back is fucked so ill be feeling it out.

Week 3 Blood work tomorrow at 9 mainly to prove Formabolic works.
Not getting Lipids because I don't care at this point.
But I did get a thyroid panel to see if I'm still out of wack.
Tren had my thyroid messed up would be nice to see what Trest does.

Hard to tell if strength is up or not since its 3x12 week.
Today is back day (pulling it forward to rest for 3 days straight) going to avoid dead lifts for a while until I figure out my back issue.
I am going to start some therapy sessions next week with a physical therapist.
Till then Advil and stretching.

No real changes on the Trest feeling, I am pretty lean and vascular while maintaining the same weight. Got to be the Trest.
