And with all these nagging injuries lately I think I might take a few more days off and get blood work and donate blood.
Sunday woke up 217.4 had a pizza cheat meal and woke up today 216.4.
Back on my diet, but feels good to eat something different for a change.

I don't feel like I have high or smashed estrogen. Just squeezed my nip and no oil comin out.
Guess the liquid caber that couldn't work worked? Unless it was prami or came down naturally.
 
I've decided to take a few more days off.
Just doing cardio so far this week (Mon,Tues,Wed)
Might go donate blood today. Still debating.

Those over hand curls are awesome for the grip! I'm not back to those after my injury yet. Seeing your numbers/reps makes me think I'll add some in next arm day though.

This Formabolic bottle lasts for ever.... The only thing is the pumper is messed up and is squirting shit everywhere.
Besides that this stuff works based on my blood work.
Already recommended it to a few people.

Try taking the pump off and soaking it in hot water.
 
Good I didn't fall off, just not posting my routines.
I take one pump now in the AM. Bottles dwindling down and is almost gone.
Running 500test and 700npp for another 3-4 weeks.
No high estrogen sides or lactating.

Diet still the same.

Bf has dropped but I'd imagine its from the other gear I'm taking.
Here's pics I could call this my starting pics since in a few weeks I'll really focus on cutting and stop trying to grow.
I might not look like much but I've come along way in a year and a half of really training and eating right. And if you look at my original log you'll see me at 170lbs 2.5 years ago.
