Formabolic and Trestolone Acetate Log

How are the abs/core feeling today?

I'm just phasing them in as of now so just alittle pain. I've never really done a lot of abs work or cardio but I need to lose fat and tighten up that core to help support my lower back.
I'm really limited with my lower back being messed up. Lots of movements hurt it,
So for now I take taurine Advil do stretches my physical therapist showed me in the morning and before bed and see him 2x a week.
 
Got my Blood work back and looks normal For being on cycle
estrogen is perfect 38.4(7.6-42.6)
Test level 912 (349-1145)but pinned 100cyp the day before
Liver values alittle high but I dropped to only one scoop of liver support so back to 2 I go....
especially since I'm taking all this Advil by the handfuls a day.
Bun creatinine are alittle better then when on tren and egfr is alittle low.
My thyroid is still alittle out of wack
T3 uptake high
T4 low
I'll make it into a jpeg when I get by a computer.
 
3 day rest and relaxation.
Can't wait to get back in the gym.
Making a slight adjustment to my test dose, since I've been on a low dose for so long I'm going to up it to 500 a week in 2 shots.
Well see how this Formabolic holds up to this.
I have faith.
 
I made some adjustments to my diet not much but a few.

Meal 1 6AM
1 scoop pure whey iso
2 cups Egg Whites
1 cup oats Dry Measure
2 Level TBS Natural Peanut Butter
Plus
Multi Vitamin, 400mg Vitamin E, 1g Fish Oil,
1g super cissus,5g taurine, 5g creatine

Meal 2 8-9:00AM
8 oz Chicken breast or 99% fat free ground turkey, or Turket Breast
1 cup cooked Brown Rice
1/4 Almonds
1 cup Broc

Meal 3 11-12:00 PM
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 3:00PM PREWORKOUT
8oz lean beef
8oz Sweet Potato
lightly salt this meal with Himalayan salt
Plus
Multi Vitamin, 1g Fish Oil, 1g super cissus,5g taurine, 5g creatine

4:30PM train

Meal 5 POST
Right after training:
2 scoops whey ISO in water, 2 Rice cakes
45 min later:
8 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup brown rice
7 asparagus spears

Meal 6 Bed
2 cups Egg Whites
1/2 cup Oats
2 TBS Natural Peanut Butter
1 scoop sugar free fiber powder before bed
Plus
3mg Melatonin, Multi Vitamin, 1g Fish Oil


Also making a cycle adjustment

Also last week I gave insulin a whirl and I decided after a week I'm just going to wait till I'm bulking again. I really liked it tho felt full and never went hypo.
I did 4iu humalog pre work out Mon,Tues,Wed and Thur I did 5iu on the same macros as 4.

Here is the lay out I had for 5iu which I toned down to 40carbs to start at 4iu.

Wow! That's not cool! Wouldn't have thought that would happen with your bloods coming back within normal range on your E. Of course, you are running some good stuff! I agree, bump it up to 6squirts/ day with the Formabolic. Try using it on your chest for at least one of those doses if you're still just going under the arms.

That's exactly what I did.

Im dropping the peptide stack for the moment.
I went against my own rule of add one new thing at a time.
So besides bumping the test I'm only Going to run Clen for now.

I had night sweats last night,most likely the Trest and higher test combo doing something.
I've had muscle cramping all day yesterday which I'll blame on Clen and upy water and potassium intake.

Clen sides have started to level out. Might wait another week to hope back on the peptides. Otherwise feeling good, still nothing noticeable about Trest at 50mg Ed at the end of week 4.
Since I bumped up the test and take Formabolic 3x a day I might grab some blood work around week 6 just to see how I'm doing and If its managing the Trest and test e2.

It's coming up on the end of week 5.
It was smooth sailing with no real sides and no real signs of it doing much of anything.

I did a short insulin cycle around week 3 with out issue. Had to quit because diet changed.

I added cjc and ghrp and with in 2 days I was lactating, which I stopped the and it cleared up. But obviously I was treading high levels of prog/prol.

I've added Clen had some issues which leveled out now.

I upped my test to 500 a week and all hell broke loose.
My nips are itching and I'm lactating like its time to feed a new born.

Everyone said when I started why am I taking caber. Well when I stopped a week in, I'm kicking myself in the ass now.

So as of now. I've had zero strength gains, defiinetly no size gains (its not like im not eating), and I just don't feel like I'm on anything.
I don't care what others are reporting, this compound is highly over hyped and 50mg ED isn't doing much if anything. I would like to push it up to 75mg Ed, but seriously what sides will follow that?
Is it worth it? If I can't pin point one positive effect a compound is doing to me, I'll pass on running it.

I didn't even pin today. I'm debating dropping it and switching to npp.
