Free androgen index on TRT bloodwork

If I've been running 400mg / week of NPP along with 600mg/week of masteron its a good bet my Free Androgen Index and Free test will be high, even though I'm keeping my test dose the same. Is this correct, and what would the doc say to that? Would I be busted, or could I blame the high FAI and free test on Aromasin and get away with it? Any other arguments I could make with the doc or will he even care? He's testing FAI for a reason so I figure he will.
