Heres my situation: I am broke as hell right now and am working out at home till i save up some money to renew my gym membership but in the meantime i need a routine for leg day that is all free weight.
I got a squat rack so i plan on squatting. What else could i do. I was thinking of lunges.
Basically what sort of leg routine could you make using only your standard free wieght equipment.
