it was in November of 2007,i had already lost 45 lbs of fat from cardio,no weights,just cardio and diet,and after i lost all that weight,i started lifting after this photo was taken

yea it was tough man,it took me 9 months to lose the weight and fat,.........my other thread shows a current pic taken a couple of weeks ago

i was determined to lose all that weight,it was tough for sure
