Gains = response to drugs

@gram ..
I don't like you much, that's a fact.. And I have no plans to change this.. Still u have a good physique, therefor u should be experienced enough to know that most ppl are not blessed with great genetics, the assumption they do is unrealistic ..

If u know the effort I'm doing on my diet, how painful it is.. U might understand what I'm saying here.
I had 2 rounds with 3j.. After round one , we both loved the results.. And then I went for a 1 week vacation.. I lived the life you are living daily , a pizza here, and a burger there., guess what?
I bloated like a mothafaka , and half of our work was screwed..

Now op said gear is the only factor, and u can reach wherever u want with a shitty diet..
This shitty diet could be 200000 calories over tdee or 2000 calories less ,or protein - free diet, that's my definition for a shitty diet..
Accepting such a post, applying it.. Could screw up 95% of the population , those who don't have ur "wow" genetics.

So you are telling me that no one who has cycled throughout the years hasn't added any new muscle?? Geez, you really seem to be one of the guys I am talking about who use gear as a crutch. I rarely cycle and I have much more mass on me now than I did when I first started using steroids. Yes homeostasis is a factor in bodybuilding but you have to know what genetic limit you are at. Most guys haven't reached that yet. No shit when people stop training and taking gear they will go back to where they were. Hence why dieting and especially dieting to maintain newly built muscle is important. When you say eating normally what do you mean?? You mean eating a shit diet like pizza? Is that normal eating to you? Look we can agree to disagree on this. I have my opinion and you may have yours. I haven't seen much from your posts thus far. Supposedly being a national competitor you would think you would know the importance of diet and how to maximize gains in the off season with or without the use of steroids.
and its sad and pathetic... im not even posting how much of a loser he is looking like from this thread lol.. never mind his ideas are flawed big time. not worth my time.

NOOBS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS THREAD IS MY OP

The only benefit of eating clean to me, is a reduction in bloat from less sodium and higher satiation factor. It's mostly about the macros and calorie balance in my opinion. I would say a shitty diet would be over/under calories, low protein, high sodium, very low micro nutrient content. That kind of thing.

Exactly my point.
With a shitty diet aka : 3000 calories over tdee.. Results are screwed, and you will end up as a fat f**k
So diet has it's place, and goes hand in hand with training and AAS.
Shitty diet+AAS = bad results. PERIOD.

-How can one eat a shit diet and still make gains on the juice?

Elementary my dear Watson, it's how steroids work!

Can you explain the science behind that statement?

Sure...just google it!

That has got to be the funniest post all week on here. I told you you were funny when you're floundering around trying to back up your comical statements :).

Im not saying they wont have gained new muscle, what I'm saying is the body is always trying to catabolise that muscle, we are not meant to have big muscles, they are a hindrance to us.
As for the importance of diet, its not THAT important in the overall scheme of things.
Its training drugs diet in that order.
You can eat all the best food in the world but without training it wont do shit, but with training and a shitty diet you can make gains.

Go figure.

Do I have to really tell you and explain to you how you make gains on gear and a shitty diet?
Go and try it FFS.

Oh and I told you it's not all about being a scientist, you don't need a degree in nutrition chemistry and physiology to know eating food training and taking drugs works do you?

I am done with you. You are comical. Makes me wonder if your asshole ever gets jealous of all the shit that comes out of your mouth.

and lots of worthless refined carbs/sugars.. thats "crappy" to me. eating a pizza is NOT "crappy" specially when you are making it yourself topped with a ton of veggies, but it is high calorie.... to some maybe thats how some see "crappy" but i dont, thats high calorie.
crappy is KFC for lunch and a shitty cheese pizza for dinner, or a bag of chips and dip.... thats crappy

Please do, explain away!

And while you're at it explain this:

stats
5'10
200lb
age 48
Diet was 1600 cals low carb high protein moderate fats.
I was disappointed with the gains due to the fact I doubled my dose and expected more.
Is the calorific deficit the issue?
I have read that you can still gain on a calorific deficit with the right combination of drugs and training.

^^^in that one it appears as if your sh*t diet didn't get you much now did it? So let's go and tie this back into the OP...you can have a shit diet and still make gains on steroids. Remind me why you weren't able to make gains taking over a gram of gear again?

Then there's this little gem:

I was on test p 200mgs and dropped that the week before.
I have been reading another forum where a guy is claiming hes taking 1600mgs of various substances and gaining muscle on as little as a 1000 cals (hes 240 at 6'2)
I have a feeling hes full of shit as my experience differed dramatically.

Seems like you're apt to believe what's touted on the internet after saying not everything on the net is true, well which is it? You know absolutely nothing and thats a shame for being 48yo and being a national in the. Uk. Now according to some physique is the end all be all of who's advice to take. Let's see you're 5'10" @200lbs...hardly anything out of the ordinary so I see no reason to believe anything you say (if using the logic of some).

He can't. Because he is not defining what a mediocre diet is.

So I can eat 1500 below TDEE and grow huge. Love it.. lol. Even God himself can't offer you that.

i would have to co-sign here guys...

i am really getting tired of hearing this shit about drugs doing the most of the work..

gram, your a contributor of the board but have done this multiple times.. i can see the OP being a complete idiot but your vague statements have probably given a bunch of n00bs a steroid hard on... you are doing nothing but proliferating the "magic pill' myth...

i'd appreciate it if you were more careful with your words.. because your sending out alot of misinformation..

OP, you should quiet down now.. you really dont know what youre talking about.. your actually embarrassing yourself pretty damn bady

haha yes it is man.... yes it is.... are you trying to convince us or yourself?

some training and then GOOD food to fuel the recovery... it is pretty simple.... and drugs to help speed it up... you go tit backwards dude, and its gonna cost you gains and years off your life...

Don't worry Juced...he's right diet is the LEAST important part of the equation...that's why he ran over a gram of gear and was sorely sdissapointed in his results :D

Maybe because I was on a severe calorific deficit?

Did you read the bit where I said I thought he was full of shit.
By the way 5'10 at 200 was around 5% BF
Im around 225 now.

Hilarious. Lmao. Strong words of wisdom from a "National Competitor." lol

Hahaha. What I am cracking up at is how a "National Competitor" thought that a 1600 calorie diet for a 5'10 200lbs 5%bf bad ass was a great idea. Lol. Most girls eat more calories that than. But I am sure you were alright though right?? Because you had a gram of test in you?? Lol.

Good food as in a nice rib eye steak and a pile of fries?
Lots of protien fats and carbs in there, some people would call that junk food.
Whats wrong with KFC by the way?
Protien fats and very little carbs, not bad choice TBH. Hasn't done Lee Priest much harm.
