What I don't get still is this:
1) he says if you respond good to gear you can have a shit diet and make gains (this also means a good diet will get you better gains).
2) he was running over a gram of gear and got disappointing gains
This means either one of two things:
1) his shitty diet lead to no gains which then means he doesn't respond good to gear according to point 1 above and his OP which means diet is more important than gear (he blames it on the caloric deficit)
Or
2) he responds great to gear and his diet was the limiting factor regardless of the gear.
Either way it leads back to diet and he specifically says diet is last in the equation. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems it's tantamount since a gram of gear or more got him what? 2lbs???
