Whats the lot # on the one with the white score? I know the other one is 1931. I have used the ones without the white score and have seen the other ones around on this board as well. So they could both be legit.

I can't tell if they are legit but if you are in Bulgaria you know better than anyone the amounts of counterfeit HG amps being made there. They are pumping out counterfeit omnas and various sustanons and they know what they are doing to make them look like exact replicas.
