Garry Franks diet.

The above diet is approx

750g protien
800g carbs
3500 cals just from his Olive/Flax seed oil

This isn't the most accurate of equations because I didn't factor in fat form the chicken breast, steaks or any of the protien/carbs sources, so this number will be higher than what I post.

Grand total of about 9,900 cals.

Collagen fibers are made up of fibrils called tropocollagen. Each tropocollagen fibril is made up of three procollagen fibrils. Before three procollagen fibrils can be intertwined to make one tropocollagen fibril, they must be hydroxylated. Vitamin C aids in the process of hydroxylation.

So it goes from...

Procollagen------>Tropocollagen------>Collagen fibers------>Connective tissue

Without Vitamin C, the first step here never occurs, and collagen synthesis is held up.

Some 411

Vitamin C is 9 bucks a POUND if you by it in powder form. I buy everything bulk in powder and have a bunch of various size powder scoops to get the right dose of whatever I'm taking. Saves TONS of money.

i dont like baked potatoes so i cant match him there but 2 pounds of steak is a breeze .
when my son was playing high school football his favorite meal was the captain ds family pack , he ate everything but the slaw . usually washed down with mega dessert and followed soon after by a bag of popcorn while he watched tv or a whole pack of krackers smothered in peter pan peanut butter .
