Got a letter from customs:

This is to notify you that the U.S. customs and border protection has interdicted a package addressed to you that contains controlled substances on (date). Please be advised that title 21, code of federal regulations, section 1312.11 and 1312.12 prohibit the importation of controlled substances without the express authorization of the DEA.

blah blah blah etc anyway the description was : 1 Package containing Testosterone. Now, I've ordered (2) different packages. One was more discrete, xxxxxxx....and one was Galenikas amps from a certain Uncle that used to be a sponsor (not as discrete packaging. Will further overseas packages sent to me be automatically subjected to search now that I've had something seized? Not sure what to do about other things I may have on the way

Ahhh shity news to get bro :( best bet from now on will be domestic.

I wouldn't be too worried, but I wouldn't be excited either. The biggest problem is that you had a amps sent. Those would send a huge red flag when they got put through the scanners. As far as your name/addy being flagged, that's a hotly debated topic because everything is mechanized now-a-days, so it wouldn't be out of the question for a computer to read your name and recognize it as something suspicious. Hopefully the 2nd package will come through without any problems, but just in case I'd clear your house and computer for the time being. If it's personal use, I don't think they be coming after you, but I would recommend laying low for some time after this next package comes in or doesn't.

I'm just curious, how'd the letter come in?? In the package the shit got sent in with green tap all over the place, or just like a normal letter.

Yeah, go domestic once the other arrives. Best bet, take Milks advice and get all things pertaining to this issue off the computer and anything else. More than likely u have been flagged!! Get a P.O. box with a different name.

Normal letter, I didn't get anything related to the package whatsoever. I'm not worried about it per say I just don't want to be perma-flagged as having suspicious packages being received. I could move my address obviously but can't really change my name if I have to sign for shit.

That's always the problem... I guess you could always look to have a good friend take packages for you, but that's even worse IMO and you may have to pay them way more than it's worth lol.

I would bet that your addy isn't "flagged", I don't really buy the whole idea as I've heard many stories like yours but the people have ten packages on the way and all but one get delivered. I'd just proceed with caution and keep us updated.

they will usually send a little piece of paper saying that the contents were seized by customs in the brutally raped package itself.

What follows is usually a letter from customs stating what they seized, the approximate value they appraised it at, and a form to file a bond and claim (which you will obviously not do). What I find an even more humorous venture is the words they use; "the items are to be summarily forfeited to the government as provided..." It is uncanny that so much "contraband is seized by the government on a yearly basis, and on top of that how much of it mysteriously "vanishes". I suppose that is a separate topic for discussion.

In my experience, they flag your name for a short time. I am only saying this is my experience. In the future what I would do is have it sent to the same address, however change the name of the recipient. This has always worked for me. I am back to using my real name, however for a period of 2 weeks after the initial seizure, nothing illicit made it through to me.

Good luck.

bro how long after the package was seized did you receive the letter? was it express service or reg mail? I just had an expressed package seized a few days ago. It is being "held in warehouse" "follow up actions underway" whatever that means. Im a nervous wreck.

i got it about 4-5 days after it was apparently apprehended by customs. all they asked me to do was either forfeit it or contest the seizure. obviously i will forfeit the goods without question.

Yea but you really don't know factually that they flag your addy. Thats just an assumption of what they must do.
I hate this kind of talk on the board personally. LE is sitting there saying....alright :bigok: one for us partner!!

I often wonder if dealers have caught onto making fake seizure letters yet. Not a tough thing to do imo. Wouldn't that suck they take your cake then send you a fake letter from U.S. customs saying it was seized. Never know.

Cats out of the bag, Thanks dude! :)

You could always give U.S. Customs a phone call in reference to the letter you received wondering WTF got seized.
