calling it now, end weight will be 193lbs...your gunna get so swolll....

I hope so. I work out so hard every time. Numbers go up every week it seems. I sweat like a hoe in church every time. I do a 3 day split of

Monday - Chest/Biceps

Wed - Legs/Shoulders/Forearms

Friday - Back/Triceps

I do abs 2-3x a week.

193 would be awesome. Even with a little fat that would be a nice slab of muscle for the summer.

3,000 calories, what are your daily total (proteins, carbs, fats) while on this cycle?

Are you going to do carb cycling?

I really need to take my measurements. Any idea where I can find flexible measuring tape for cheap?

I'm not done eating yet but YESTERDAY it was like this:

Carbs - 397
Protein - 262
Fat - 40
Total Calories - 2,917 (My maintenance is around 2450 or so...so I'm pretty spot on I think)

Georgia u know what's good about being thin is? Lean muscle on bulk cycles..
I just want muscle packed on fast. I live at the beach during the summer. I've never looked good for it though. Always too lazy or too "cold" to go work out...stupid excuses. Different this time. I don't care if it was -20 degrees and I was chased by a buncha eskimos I'm going to the gym.

Got an e-mail from Pinnacle saying my package was supposed to be here today but it was in the outbin and they shipped a little later than expected. Said it should be here early next week. I was planning on starting monday. Should I just pin Thursday? Or wait till next Monday/Thursday combo?

Communication is awesome though.

It's the best way... When my weight itself doesn't drop to much in a month but the amount of inches have, I know that the fat is melting and the muscle is replacing it. :)


Georgia, what parts of your body do you plan on tracking measurement wise?

I personally track (neck, shoulders, chest, abdominal, hips, right bicep, right thigh, right calve, forearm)...

Smart girl! I am going to do that if I can remember to buy one tomorrow.

I will be tracking the size of my balls for one thing because I know they will go missing.

But besides that I will try to do chest, arms, legs, forearms...the parts you see a lot of.
