get big stay cut

Im 19, In the last year-year and half I gained almost 40lbs because I also learned how to eat. He was on here like a couple months ago and was 165.

I didnt say he couldnt gain 30 in a year, its 100% possible, I did say 30lbs in a couple months, naturally, and muscle....is bull shit.

hate to tell you bro..but when i was 14 and that summer going into my sophmore year i started at 5'7 135 and at the end of the summer i was 5'9 180..45lbs??? it can happen..i ate right and worked out every day. if you put hard work into anything it happens and that was all just on whey protein and muscle milk...and i wasnt fat i kept the 6 pack :flipoffha lol

Dude its called puberty, you grew a couple inches, your body packs on weight for your growth spurt. Im still not buying it, regardless it doesnt matter Ill shut up so everyone else can give him the advice.

no i hear you half of my gains probably were from puberty but 45lbs in about 3 months is crazy i dont care what anyone says lol..

but i agree with everyone here..im 18 myself and came on here for advice on a cycle and the best advice i ever got was to stay away from it and stay natural until maybe 5 years or more down the road. and i didnt want to do a cycle to impress the ladies but to gain an edge in my sport during the off season. come on man we're not stupid..."my friend needs help on a cycle" get real stay of the juice and do it yourself for now..if you can put on 30lbs of mass in a year thats permanent that get off your ass and put twice as much effort in the gym, take in an extra 1k or 2k of calories a day and chug that extra protein shake before you go to bed and do it the right way now so you have something to build on to in the future...

wanting advice is one this..but getting it and not listening is another. just make the right decision bro
 
i have been told tren a would work perfect for me. however it has HARSH side effects.
is there anything that will bulk me up and keep me cut as well??? or is tren a the only choice i got?

dude, tren is a great idea for you. run like 20 grams a week. youre a smart kid, itll be great.
