Well I kinda fucked up.

Was doing well 6 months ago or so, but stopped hitting the gym regularly cause of problems. My weight went down to 190 lbs but my bodyfat has skyrocketed to like 15-20%, all of my fat seems to be in my stomach as well :(

Started going to the gym again recently. Obviously I'm not thinking about doing any AS but what do you guys think I should do to help lose this fat in the fastest possible way, I figure I need to lose about 20 lbs.

I have some clen, and no ephedrine. The clen I have is about 7 months old and there are some particles floating around (purchased from LR). Do I heat this.... or?

Anyways, help me out bros.

Shake the clen up, will do. No heat needed?

As for the cardio... 1 hour a day of jogging at a good pace, or more?

If anyone has more suggestions...
