Getting ready to launch, looking for air support

I was hoping for some feedback on gear I have. I want to add 10-15 lbs and lean out at the end. I have a decent base and I train hard. I just have a hard time eating. My work fucks with my diet a bit. I will stay consistent on posting and will be posting before pics soon. I am mid 30's and have been lifting for about 15 years. I'm not trying to turn into a freak just want to add some quality mass over all while staying athletic. I've been strong, now I'm getting into full body supersetting, fast paced workouts.

Any feedback on this projected term would be much appreciated. I know it's light but again not trying to turn into a monster at this point of my life. Looking for some mild strength gains and some quality mass. Diet is fucked right now but I eat SUPER CLEAN for the most part. I have my cheat days but I probably average
2,000-2,500 calories p/d, 150 gms of protein...I drink around 4 shakes a day have a carb filled, clean breakfast with a meal at the end of the day. I snack a lot every couple hours is a handful of nuts or piece of fruit, cheese ect...I know I will need to add diet to put on mass but feedback on gear would be great.
 
Test only for first cycle.

Don't rely on shakes so much, learn to get what you need from diet.

Test e for first cycle, 12 weeks. Make sure you have your post cycle therapy (pct) all lined up correctly and IN HAND before you start.
 
I have Arimidex & Nolv just not sure when to begin them yet. Not related to get sum gear. This is not my first go so I feel good about what I have. Just want some direction haven't done this in about 5 years and way more disciplined just could use some advanced feedback.

With hitting the shorter ester in the beginning & end of cycle with longer Ester in the middle can you advise on when to begin pct? I have armidex and nolvadex planning on hitting Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) when half life of last pin reduces to around 200. Yeah trying to eat it's hard for a busy guy n tryin to stay away from my girls homemade chocolate chip cookies Lord! I'm hitting the prop stacked with the eth any objections too that eod? Anymore feedback on the set I am looking at? I just started hitting the prop and eth together and I'm feeling it already. Man Prop works fast.

I added some before pics and will keep posted on progress with this set. Any feedback is much appreciated.

You arent running EQ long enough... You probably want to lay off of that if you only plan on running it for 4 or 5 weeks. You wont get the results you are looking for from it...

that cycle is AWFULL.
eq needs 12 weeks straight mininum , eth or cyp need 10 weeks straight mininum.
even if the cycle was good it will still fail because steroids are useless without calories and protein and you are NOT getting enough of those or you wouldnt weigh 165 pounds.
go to the diet forum here and post up and get thge mod 3J to advise you on your diet.
 
I appreciate the straight version I am cutting out EQ for sure. I've been 200+ I can eat enough to add... I'm going with Test for 12 weeks and turn it into a basic set. I am on top of my diet. With just test eth could/should I bring in Mast prop in the middle or end? I'm in it to win it now with a basic run anyway... I fired off w/ prop/eth for 3-4 weeks by then eth should be live right? I have the mast prop for 3-4 weeks that I can run concurrently with test e, my question is when is the best time to do that or should I cut mast prop out too? What about hitting the Masteron Prop right after the Test Prop?

It would look like something like this:

Week 1-3
Prop: 300-350ml p/w
Eth: 300-350 ml p/w

Week 4-7
Mast Prop: 300ml p/w
Eth: 300-350 ml p/w

Week 8-10
Eth: 300-350 p/w

Week 12-14
HCG
