Men using AAS has absolutely no negative effect on a baby. You are supressing lh, fsh, GnRH so it can reduce the amount of active sperm. There are a ton of guys who have gotten wives/girlfriends pregnant and I've never know one to have an issue. I have a perfectly healthy daughter.

For someone on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) looking to have a baby I suggest getting your sperm tested to see how many active sperm you have.
