can it be absorbed through your skin... i know this should go in supp forum...but i think it suits training more... i got some msm/glucosomine cream and rub it on my shoulders, knees, and forearms before training and it feels generally better and looser... is their any chance that it works or is it just placebo?

i bought it at vitamin world... i work their so i bought a bottle for like 5 bucks, its very cheap...it also has menthol in it to help with immediate pain.
