Have you read anything in this thread? Or did you just decide to jump in near the middle somewhere? Ive used glutamine before, and wasted a good bit of money on it. I have forgotten more about supplements, biochemistry, physiology, etc. than you know, Im certain of that. So to discount peer review studiesbased on the fact you cant read and understand them is foolish. Along with the several years Ive spent in school, Ive spent a comparable amount in the gym. So unless you have something valid to add to this debate, which thus far youve only proved youre clueless, please do not post again.,
