thnks man i appreciate that..my lifts are prolly average if that espcially for my weight class LOL..but theyll get better

i've seen some scarey chicks. Im not sure they were chicks, but i think either they once were, or were intended to be chicks.
 
Yeah, if a chix out benching u, that'd be something to bitch about, but we all have down days. Keep the cals up, rest, and u'll be better next time. Now, if u want, i could put GODDAMMIT post up all the time for squats. We all have weak points. Just focus on making them your strong points, eventually u'll get there. I"m sure your bad wasn't THAT bad. Whats your weight?? Whats your Max??(not on a bad day)?? Don't get down about it, we all have bad days. Especially me...i almost always have bad days on squatt, even my good days are bad. :P Keep your head up.
