Back on topic.

After 25 years in gyms I still get annoyed at fucks wasting the fresh air in the gym. The SuperDumbAssShit and or the "personal trainers" have idiots doing "exercises" that make me laugh one day and want to slap them the next.

Got to roll with the dumbshit in the gym....it ain't going away anytime soon.
 
It's true, hell I work out at 24 hour fitness because it is the nicest gym for the price in my area. They have some "personal trainers" who I swear cannot be 19 years old. One thing that cracks me up more than the guy who only curls or does flat bench, is the really Big/Fat people in there lifting their asses off. There is an older man who is usually there around the time I am, and yes he is kinda big but fat as shit at the same time, he is probably 5'10 and 305lbs and all he does is come in and bench 500lbs and squat more than that. I get it dude everyone likes to be strong but I doubt if that guy could walk up a flight of stairs. I hate seeing fat people working out to get larger, take your fat ass to the elliptical and sweat your triple whopper off!

lol genius hes probablly a powerlifter and competes in the 308 weight pound class . hes a grown man let him weigh what he wants to weigh , at least he isnt repping out tricep kickbacks and concentration curls lol.

I think every gym has at least one of those "bicep workers" funny thing is that I workout my biceps once a week & are bigger than theirs...
