I do rotator work weekly, but only one set, and very light (2.5 pounds each hand). I just have horrible flexibility now it seems, squats kick my wrists ass trying to get the bar down on my back so anytime that bar is on my back its really pretty high on me (top of my traps feels like). Going further back just puts a ton of strain on my wrists and shoulders. I've had the bar slip and almost take me out for a week or so too, my wrist was bugging for about 2 weeks after that.
So for whatever variety of reasons, that bar is always high up on my back.
