ive found that doing cuff work has eliminated alot of the stress/pain

I do rotator work weekly, but only one set, and very light (2.5 pounds each hand). I just have horrible flexibility now it seems, squats kick my wrists ass trying to get the bar down on my back so anytime that bar is on my back its really pretty high on me (top of my traps feels like). Going further back just puts a ton of strain on my wrists and shoulders. I've had the bar slip and almost take me out for a week or so too, my wrist was bugging for about 2 weeks after that.

So for whatever variety of reasons, that bar is always high up on my back.

When I get into the groove the weight feels like it is centered right over my knees, so I actually bend a fair amount. Thats just what feels best to me, and allows me to go heavy (not Tommy heavy...)

if the weight doesnt get over the knees then its really a half squat..so you got the bar in the right spot

for rotators im only using the pink bells myself lol (5lbs) try doing them more often for 3 sets

thats why i do mine with a buffet table . :goof:
seriously i never thought of useing bands , i may have to try that . how many bands and what strength are you useingh .

last workout was 2 blue bands+170lbs worht of dbs.

stand on the bands, squat down and have someone put them on your neck. use a medium stance or wider. obviously the taller you are the tougher these will be.

then i just hold the dbs in my hands. the dbs give more of a tug at the bottom wher the bands are at a lower resistance. but trust me 2 blues is a freakin truckload. i do these stiff leg (knees ever so slightly bent)

I love how you flipped out in the third vid and kicked the bar.

Fucking Intense!

Good videos. I'm left a bit confused though. Looked like he was going about as deep as I was trying to go(but his back wasnt rounded). I'll try and not go down as far next time and send you some diff. videos.
