got laid off from work...nothing to do but train, eat, and drop 20 lbs

NWeight this morning was 246.6 so that's good news. Also took law another 2 mg of tb500 last night before bed.
Ordered some casein protein and scivation extend on Sunday night. It should be here today. Gonna get some foods in me real soon then off for my cardio sessin

Cardio done for the day 45 min elliptical 616 calories burned. Watched the beginning of Thor. I hate cardio with a passion but the cardio cinema helps out

Lunch was s huge spinach Asian wrap with rotisserie Costco chicken, Asian salad mix. Cucumber, broccoli and sesame ginger no fat dressing. Absolutely scrumptious.

I just got out of my first semester of Nursing School so I'm off for a month. Kinda similar to your scenario! LOL Time to focus specifically on training and nothing else for a month. I love it.

I know exactly what u mean bro. Sometimes mg dam job gets in the way of my goals. I stockpile my gear and stache money away when I'm working 50-60 hours a week so when layoffs come(and they will) I can get on state unenjoyment and just hang out with the wife and my grandkids and train like a man possessed without worrying too much about the bills an such. I can survive for several months without digging into retirement funds and such
 
Weight was down a little today 245.6!! I attribute it to the cardio 45 min/day. I don't track calories per say but I stay semi hungry. Basically, all my carbs I eat are breakfast, a smidgen preworkout, the rest post workout. I just got 4lbs optimum casein choc peanut butter that I take before bed. If I workout late I add some isolate and 1% milk to it
 
Yesterday ended up being a day off, as I got roped into helping my brother finish a plumbing job.

Weight this morning was identical to yesterday 245.6

Just ate my breakfast of steel cut oats, Greek nf yogurt and frozen berries. Then off to the gym for my cRdio session

Cardio was elliptical once again 650 cal incinerated in 48.41 min

Leg workout in the evening went ok not spectacular

Just finished cardio - 45 min 630 cal burnt up - headed home for. Little lunch and maybe a nap. Ah, just remembered my daughter is coming over to help my wife make Xmas candy. She better bring my grandson

Neglected to weigh this morning. Cheated on my diet last night at Mexican grill, but not bad. Left out the gaucamole and sour cream though. Weight and measurements tomorrow

36 minutes cardio this morning burnt up 500 calories.


Super setted walking lunges with Bulgarian split squats and straight legged toe raises for calves.
I'm curious about my body comp- feeling much tighter and more compact.may check into a deca scan at the local hospital. Not even sure they do it there or how much it would be.
I should get some blood work done as it's been several months. Last bloods showed hematocrit levels ok, but only a few points in range, but the size of my red blood cells varied over the range. I'm sure it has to do with the androgens and the bloodletting I did the week prior. I get bloods done at privatemdlabs and the estriadol was clear out of whack like in the hundreds. But somewhere in these forums I read about tren skewing estriadol results

Here's what's interesting: measurements at the waist and around the belly button was 2" shorter @ 40 and 44 respectively.
Legs, arms, chest remain solid (no change)

Weight was down to as low as 245.6 on Thursday. Strength has been ok, still working on sore elbows effecting most pressing moves and direct tricep work. Took the 3rd 2mg shot of tb500 last night. While it has seemed to help the left side, the right is still affected

Breakfast after weight/ measurements was 1/2 cup steel oats, 1/2 c almond milk, 1 serving casein protein, 1/2 c Greek nf yogurt

Monday weight this morning was 245.6 lbs, matching the low of last week.
Going to get some breakfast soon and then cardio for the day. Need to go buy some food as well
 
Tuesday weight was 248. Cardio worked out to 634 cal burned in 45 minutes. Gonna catch some zzz's
and then a little fake n bake and legs tonight

again, low back got tired and coming up from the bottom had a little pain. Not sure why I'm not getting stronger here. Goal is 365x 8 or 385 x 5. Looking for ideas to strengthen my weak low back. Dont want to add more aas. And maybe I'm wanting too much on a cut

Weight this morning was 245. A new low recently. Cardio went a little short as I had grandpa duty lol.

500 cal burned in 37 minutes

Pinned both quads this morning with tren e, deca,test c, and mast e . Experienced the lung tightening one might get from tren then Ive been feeling sort of blah since I got home from cardio.

Hit A pr on flat barbell press. 315x 2 reps !!!!
Warmed up with 2-25's then 185 then 275. It felt light and I repped out 8-10 not really sure didn't count. Put on 3 wheels, knowing I've never benched that heavy ever. The first rep went good so I did another. Really excited about that. My other goal is squatting 405, but the weight isn't moving as easy. My low back is still sore tonight from leg work on Tuesday. Legs are big, but still would like to squat 4 wheels

I get some elbow pain occasionally from my job. Typically caused from hyper flexion I suppose you could call it. The arm folding in past an unnatural point with some weight or resistance also being pushed into the joint.

For example, if I'm pushing a hydraulic assisted machine, and I push too hard and come over top of it my forearm will be on my bicep with the weight of the machine pushing against it until it moves. This causes a crazy amount of pain after a few time of doing it, that never seems to let up.

What I found helps relieve my elbow pain the most is to knead the bicep on all fronts and deep, in a direction primarily toward the elbow. Then, if you lay you hand palm down, use your knuckles, start from the muscle just after the wrist and follow it with a good deal of pressure up to the muscle at the elbow. Then do the underside of your forearm with your fingers, applying as much pressure along the entire muscle as you can, starting from the wrist and ending at the elbow. Rinse and repeat, 2-3 times and typically that's all it takes.

Elbow releases and you won't think of it until next time it happens. Hope this helps, sorry it takes a while to instruct something over text lol I just know what elbow pains like, it fuckin blows.. hope this works for you.

Dieting this time of year just absolutely blows. Seems like every other day there is another party or night out for dinner etc.m
Our anniversery, daughter and wife's bday and Christmas all within a month. Then there are the family Xmas party, the wife's work party. The nights I know there are dinner parties I eat sparingly through the day then just piece meal here N there. Sometimes I don't even get a plate.

I know the struggle all too well. Thanksgiving was turkey and deviled eggs. The wife's Xmas party was chicken and... Uh, chicken.

We're bringing low-carb stuff with us to the family Christmas dinner this year. It's all about preparation and determination imo. Where there's a will, there's definitely a way. :)
