3x315x6 Low back was hella pumped. Could have repped out at least 1 more on each set. Didn't hVe spotter and just really protecting my back.

Thanks bro, itz nice not having to worry about going to work tired and sore, but it's gonna have to come to an end sooner than I'd like. Hard to build pension credits on unemployment.
 
been off not feeling real whoopi the last few days. Got 30 minutes eliptical in today for 400 calories. Started tracking calories today on fitnesspal. Headed to bed sitting at 2200 cal and change. Weight tonight before bed was 252. Not getting fatter but not leaner either. Really don't want to add more mass though.

236 gr protein
192 gr carbs
65 gr fat

training tonight was chest and triceps

didnt bar bench tonight cuz they were all being utilized so stuck mainly to Hammer Strength equipment. did 3 sets of incline, decline, incline dumbbells and bodyweight dips for chest

triceps was mainly dumbell ext. after warmup I worked up to 110 lb for 12 good reps 2 sets.
finished the night with pulley flyes, middle and then low and up, I call them scoops. palms up bringing arm up and in. 90 minutes and then gone. tomorrow is back and biceps

Hah! Someone else knows what scoops are! By far my favorite chest exercise. Keep it going brother, folks from work are definitely going to notice the changes you've made.

Might I suggest going with light triceps push-downs, using a static hold at the bottom instead of kickbacks/skull crushers? Far easier on the elbows (I can easily press 160-175, but often stop at 85lbs for example) if you reduce the weight and focus more on the movement with a great deal of control in both phases of the movement. Elbow pain sucks, but if it's not serious, can be worked around. :)
 
Lol, I attended a class this week Monday and Wednesday to prepare for a test to work as a steamfitter in Oregon. An apprentice I worked with on job 2 years ago asked me if I'd been working out. Is it that obvious I asked him. I was wearing a tshirt underneath a loose flannel so as not to draw attention. He mentioned my belly was all but gone and my shoulders were huge!! I liked that cuz I have narrow clavicles(shoulders) and fairly big arms so I work shoulders by themselves to bring them up and usually throw I a few arm exercises with chest and back day. Rear delts are lagging as well


Scoops are a great upper chest move.
 
Cardio today was 45 min elliptical burning 628 cal . Fighting some dizzy spells, weight training went by the wayside. First thing tomorrow though back and biceps.

Weight Sunday morning was 246.4 - moving in the right direction again. No training or cardio today

Weight this morning was 247. Cardio was cut short due to low blood sugar feelings, went 35 minutes burging 500 cal.

No training until blood draw on Wednesday. I need to have my creatinine levels within normL range.
 
Cardio today was elliptical . Burned 700 calories in 52 minutes.

Later, in the day I worked shoulders and calves with my brother. Felt decently strong, especially on little test and no dbol. My right shoulder felt amazingly sound. Blood test tomorrow morning
 
I did my blood draw this morning prior to a cat scan scheduled for next Monday. Hopefully my creatinine levels will be within normal levels so my surgeon can get an accurate picture of my aorta.

Pinned up this morning after blood draw, as Ive let my test levels dwindle down to trt levels.

Headed to the gym shortly for hamstring day. It'll be good to get in some good hard training for a change.

Dosed just 10mg dbol 90 min prior -- might have helped keep back pumps to a minimum. 335 felt pretty good

gots to get 4 plates (405) on the squat.....patience grasshopper

Well, I talked to my doc last night about some of my bloodwork. Will discuss in detail next Tuesday as well. Creatinine levels were 1.58- not real good. Cholesterol was high enough(didnt give me a #) to want to put me on a statin drug to bring it down. TT was over the limit as well. It must not take much test cyp to get my levels up there. she was worried my test dose is causing vascular damage.

Talking it over with my wife, I've pretty much decided to come almost completely off for a good while. I've been pushing pretty hard for over a year, with only a few short cruises with AAS. I love the way masteron makes me look and feel, but after doing some more research on it, its not a long term drug to get addicted to. I'm thinking about reducing Test down to 150-200mg/wk. Deca down to 125mg/wk, and mast enth down to 100mg/week until bloods come back and everything is in range where it should be.
As my wife put it, I love the way you look and can appreciate the effort you put in, but I'd rather have a live, less buff husband, than a dead jacked one. I will continue to train hard and chisel away places i need improvement, but NOT at the expense of my health.
