Got PR on Deads Today

I have only been doing deads for maybe 3 months now. I always avoided deads in the past.

Anyway it seems like the better I get on form and the more my body becomes accustomed to doing them my strength keeps going up.

Today my last set was 405X5. I am 173lbs today.

I wish I could get my bench to go up like deads or squats.

depends on what level your talking about but anything in the teens would be respectable
