got small tender lump under right nipple on 500 deca and

Nolvadex I will try its only a small bump but now felt other nipple and small bump there its only just start as I would of felt it earlier I'm at the 5th week where I'm starting to feel stronger and the deca and test kicking in hence the fu@king small lumps gyno . 1st time for everything eh??i will order Nolvadex and will hopefully get it sorted.
