I have such weak grip strength its amazing... I think it might be cuz I have small/medium hands.. anyone had or have this problem and know any alternatives.. im doing squats/deadlifts etc but my grip stil feels the same.. any links you guys recommend? I wanna research and get rid of this pussy grip..

Heavy deadlifts and farmers walks.

Never had a problem with grip, but for shits and giggles, I have made laps around the gym with 100lb dumbells while doing a calf raise with each step. Two birds.

Walk as far away from the rack as possible before you put them down, that way you really have to push yourself to get back.

Don't wrap your thumb around the grip. Keep it on the same side as your hand for as many exercises as you can manage. I do everything but dumbbell presses that way

I always use a little bit of chalk on my hands for deadlifts. You won't have to grip as hard and your hands won't fatigue as fast. You can find many good articles on Powerlifting forums and Powerlifting magazine. Be patient there is no secret to grip strength other than hard work and consistancy.

Look up isometric training. It works wonders for building strength at a fixed position, perfect for building grip strength.

Google "hook grip" method for lifting oh natural.

Second to that, if its sweat and not grip - look at liquid chalk.

Finally for me, High rep Kroc Rows is what sorted out my grip - along with swapping out shrugs for Snatch Grip high pulls and not releasing the bar during sets. The Kroc rows I got from Wendlers 531.

liquid chalk is the shit. you only have to apply it once or twice during workout. the farmers walks will help but I personally used to do them with 2 10lb plates in each hand squeezing them while you walk

I always used rotation curls, forearm curls and standing barbell curls. I would try and do these once a week, sometimes on a day when I had no other lifting to do- would polish of traps and abs at the same time.

Interim measures, wrist straps or hooks (though the latter is arguably less safe) to prevent you losing gain momentum.
