Guys on gear train harder right?

OK hear is my question ... I'm starting my first cycle next week (Deca and Winnie) and I was wondering how should I change my training routine? Here is the reason for my question.

When on Gear your muscles recover faster Right? Your chances of over training are much less - right? So will it make sence to train twice a day then?

At the moment I'm only training in the mornings for an hour and use a 2 days on 1 off approach, will it help to train the afternoons as well?

Thanks

IMO

Just because you are in a positive nitrogen retention state all the time does not mean that overtraining is not an issue. However, you should train even harder than without because why else would you subject your body to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and not gain all you can.
Deca from what I've seen and "heard", is best on a 2g protein a day diet.
Winny though can kill your joints, but the Deca can counter this. Your lifts should be core movements focusing on the compound lifts for some serious size. Unless you are dieting, you still need those lifts to maintain muscle mass.

I don't see any use in going to 2 a days though.

my. 02cc's

heres the deal, keep your mourning routine but lift really hard. then take the afternoon off and if you fell like your bodies recovered enough to hit it hard again than more power to you. you have to listen to your body. but like steel said, your on the shit so get the most out of it!

Thanks a lot gents .... I'll take your advise ... push harder than before and listen to the body .....

What I do is.......maybe hit a body part 2x/wk because you do repsond faster and you want to take advantage of the gear.

But you should still get plenty of rest remember you grow while you sleep not when your training.

Guys on gear train harder.....not from what I see at the gym!
Just an observation at my gym.
I do not speak for the masses though

you still need to recover. lots of guys make the mistake thinkg that since they are recovered they can lift again,. but the simple fact is that Steroids do not increase at which your tendons heal. so you may feel ready to train and strong but you run the risk of shreading your tendon. Just watch at how quick your strength goes up.
Back to your original question, yes you do train harder, when I was using tren I did not want to waste the precious golden liquid so i trained hard and my diet was really bang on.

I might add a tiny bit more volume and up the intensity as high as it'll go, but the basics stay the same for me on or off gear
