GW50+S4+Osta SARMS Triple Stack Log Sponsored by SarmsSearch.com

I just started the SARMS triple stack and will log eight-week results if people are interested. Tomorrow I'm starting GW50, S4, and Osta from sarmssearch.com. I've been buying from sarmssearch.com for two years now and, despite the fact they're f*cking expensive, it's not worth going anywhere else. Sarms1.com isn't EVEN CLOSE.

This is my first log, but I want to do this as cleanly and scientifically as possible. I'm running an eight-week cycle followed by a four-week PCT. Not planning on using SERMS or Rx. AI but I have Nolva and Aromasin on hand just in case.

I'm 6'2", 220 lbs, @ ~9-10% bf. Looking for hardening, recomp, a little cutting.

Here's my protocol and dosage:
Wks 1-8 GW50156: 20 mg/ED
Wks 1-8 Osta: 25 mg/ED
Wks 1-6 S4: 50 mg/2xED [That's right, I'm running 100 mgs of S4 per day. I've built up a lot of tolerance to this compound and vision issues (thanks to good genetics) are non-issue
Wks 1-12 Unleashed
Wks 1-12 Test Stack No. 17
Wks 6-12 HcGenerate
Wks 6-12 Forma Stanzol Wks 6-12
Wks 9-12 Forged PCT

Would love to hear people's thoughts as I get started here. My biggest reservation involves throwing the natural test products in with the SARMS. Especially the Test Stack No. 17, as that may confound the results.

Object is to really isolate effects of the SARMs and see what kind of recomp I can get here.

Will start log tomorrow.
Stay tuned bros!

Nice looking cycle I heard the triple stack is a good choice a lot of people swear by it , I'll be following. Good luck.

This will be an interesting run. I'm eager to see how it goes for you. If your training and dieting are both on point you're seriously in for a killer recomp

However, I say no to the 100mg. SarmsSearch is more potent than other brands you've tried. Be safe and smart!

Triple- Stack Day 1:

Woke up feeling lethargic today--in no mood to work out much less work--and finally got to the gym (kicking and screaming) around 6:30 CST. Was NOT feeling it today, but I started my trip stack and didn't want to waste time/money/anything.

But got to the gym, matter receded, and mind just took over. Did 45 minutes of cardio at like 70-85% speed; 10-15 minutes of abs (with like five second breaks between sets); and circuited back, biceps, front and rear delts, and around again. Strength felt pretty ordinary, but stamina was pretty much INSANE for my first day on GW.

I'm trying to think about how to describe the experience. So, normally you might do five or six sets of military let's say. You're increasingly exhausted after each set and--if you're lifting heavy enough weight--you'll need increasingly longer rest intervals. Today, I felt the same exhaustion after each set, but the rest intervals were MUCH shorter: I needed much less time to recoup my energy.

I've taken GW before, and it really does kick in this fast. My hope is that as the S4 and MK will start kicking in and I'll see noticeable recomp effects from these longer workouts.

So far, so good.

P.S.
[My only concern is that I do wonder how much the TestStack17 will confound the strength results. Would appreciate it if someone weighed in here. TestStack is a top-shelf natty test booster, and I don't know how many pounds of muscle I'd get from that alone. The Unleashed is cheap and doesn't do much.]

Threw it down today and ran up a three-hour workout. Was barely even conscious. The GW is really kicking in endurance-wise, and I'm noticing a bit of the hardening effects from the S4. Up to 222 from 220 lbs--mostly water I imagine. Felt swollen at the gym today and two people asked me what I was on. Nobody believes I'm not juicing. Love the synergy between the S4 and the GW and between the TestStack and Osta. Did I mention the stamina was insane? If I can drop a few pounds and increase strength, I will be the happiest man on earth. Quick summary and report:
Mondays: Legs, No cardio. [Max squat: 455 lbs.]
Tuesdays: Rest, Light Cardio
*Wednesdays: Back, Cardio [Lat pulls, chin ups, dumbbell and machine rows, pullovers]
*Thursdays: Chest, Cardio [Max flat bench: 405 lbs.]
*Friday: Shoulders Weak Pt, Cardio [Max military press: 315 lbs]
Saturday: Usually Rest
*Sunday: Arms, Cardio [standing curls, incline curls, weighted dips, extensions, etc]
*indicates days I do Abs too.

I'd like to see if I can break through some of my maxes--or at least lengthen my workouts.

Every week I max out on a different muscle group. Last week I maxed Chest.

Glad you lowered it. SarmsSearch makes very potent products. Extremely high dosages aren't necessary to see good results. :)

Day 3:

Worked legs for THREE HOURS today. Squats, presses, extensions, curls, abd/adductors, calves, that muscle in front of the calf where the shin is, everything. Felt tired on the way over and on the way back, but in the gym was just killing it. Weighed in at 222 lbs; I think I'm starting to cut a little.

To consider: GW is great for endurance when you're working your muscles, but it does not prevent fatigue in the aftermath. In fact, it may even cause more fatigue if you're taxing your body more than normal (due to the stamina effects)--which means that it's good for hypertrophy providing you don't overdo it.

Am wondering if there's a good RECOVERY supplement that will neutralize the stress and strain that come from the GW-induced harder workouts. Not sure if S4 or Osta helps in that regard, but it's an interesting situation.

Here's the schematic so far: S4 and Osta motivate you into the gym. GW keeps you there longer and harder. The result is synergistic/recursive/exponential. GW endurance property causes Osta and S4 to work EVEN BETTER, which causes you to gain even more lean mass, which causes you to burn calories faster, which activates GW's fat burning properties, and causes GW to work with S4 and Osta at maximal efficiency.

Sides?: Not sure yet. Will stay in touch about vision issues, etc. So far, so good.

Yeah true. GW is the shit man. The way I see it is you get stamina + fat loss from GW, hardening/recomp from S4, recomp from Osta, and size from TestStack17. TestStack, tho totally natural, has helped me put on A LOT of muscle; the SARMs are fucking great for adding + shredding. I'm pretty excited about this run.
