Gyno for the 35495783938754 time

Hey, im on 500 mgs test a week and R3 @ 20mcg/ed....i would not and have not considered myself prone to gyno but i feel like my nipples are puffy which leads me to my question...

What exactly does puffy nipples mean or look like?


btw, i bumped my adex up from .5mg eod to 1mg ed and they are still puffy

"puffy" nips look different on each guy. don't worry untill you get decent size hard lumps behind them. if you already have those, then something's up and get nolva asap.

Bro I think its cool just keep the Adex at 1mg for now and then maybe add in some Nolva at 40mg until it goes away and 20 after that as precaution.....

Snake how come you have gyno, did you not have anti-e's around...Please explain it may help me avoid it as I have ben prone in the past!!! Thanks..

doubt you are getting gyno. 1mg of arimidex is overkill in my opinion. .25 is more than enough every day for most people. Your nips being puffy doesnt mean anything. Fat deposits dont make your nips puffy, and if they aent sore then dont worry. But if you dont mind eating that much a-dex then fuck, go for it. better safe then sorry.

take your nipple between your thumb and index finger and roll it around. Can you feel a hardening mass or is it painfull when you do that. Those are usually the first signs of gyno. I have run 400mg testa week and not even 60mg nolvadex could keep it away. I now just run 200mg a week plus 20 mg nolva to maintain test levels considering that I'm on deca now.

Hootie, when you say take your nipple do you mean just the dark part? or grab like .5" on either side of the dark part?

I dont think i can say they have been itchy or sore for sure, i do get a tingling feeling everynow and then like when i get goose bumps.

I have nolva on hand.

They just look puffy to me....ill post some pic's....

What else can cause gyno besides estro? and if their are other things does nolva/adex combat them too? Im on R3 and was wondering if it can cause gyno or whatever symptoms im having.

I now have gyno for not using any nolv/arimidex on my first 3 cycles that I did 7 years ago. I was so fucking stupid back then & dident really have the knowlege that I have now. I ran dballs,anadrol, sustanon, deca and didn't use any nolv/arimd at all.....I wish I could go back in time and do everything the right way and not have ugly looking lumps on my chest. Now, Iam thinking about getting the surgery done in jan, cause this shit really fucks with my mind. Besides I cant even do a bulking cycle cause it just gets worst. Sometimes they dont look bad when my nipples are hard but then again I have grape size lumps on each side.
So, guys please get the knowlege and learn everything that you need to know about steroids before you start thinking about doing cycle. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR NOLVADEX,ARIMDEX,HCG & CLIMID BEFORE YOU START YOUR CYCLE.
ALSO, STAY AROUND HERE CAUSE THERE IS ALOT TO LEARN, ASK QUESTIONS.......THX TO ALL THE GREAT MODS WE HAVE......ESPECIALLY STONECOLD CAUSE HE'S ALWAYS RIGHT ON THE MONEY.
Dont make the mistake I made, its really sucks.....now I have to spend couple of thousand $$$$ on this surgery.

I would stick with arimd at 1mg ed and maybe you can throw in some nolv at 20 mg ed. I remember on my last cycle when ran the arimidex & it didnt kick in till about 7 days. But again everyone is different.
Do you actually feel lumps under your nipples or is it just sinsitive when you tap it with your finger? I fucking hate gynoooooooo

I feel your pain dude. we could start a support group. It could be kind of like a she male empowerment thing. We could call it man cakes our us. we could go around demanding elective surgery, then kick all themfucks in the nuts that charge us three grand to get. Maybe will kickem so hard in the nuts that they land in there titties. and they to can feel our pain. On a brighter side my doc and I discussed get mine cut out soon.

i dont have pain and i cant tell if i have a lump...i mean if i grab .5 inches byond my nippple and pinch i can feel a little something in there but it doesnt seem really hard, but when i flex i really cant feel anything...

Im posting now for the exact reason you mentioned....prevention is best.

I think my nipples are puffy and im a little concerned

When you grab your nipple make sure the line between dark and light skin runs down the centre of both your fingers. Something like tweaking a chicks nipples (get the idea?) There is no mistaking a hard mass under the nipple. It's like saying I'm sure if I have a hard on. If you do you'lll know. By the way you are looking good. lean and hard. post that pic so we can see your nipples now. "shit that sounds bad !"
