Gyno self check

I have never had gyno...but wan tot know how to check myself for signs of gyno. Is it as obvious as lumps under my nipples? If I do experience gyno signs can you fight it off with anti-e's or am I screwed at that point?

If you experience symptoms and as long as u aren't on a all deca cycle take 40mg ed of Nolvadez til symptoms start to reside then take 20mg ed or maybe even just 10mg ed once you start taking it though you need to continue it thru the rest of your cycle

Fatty deposits in the nipple area. When on a cycle if I feel it happening it always is on my left side for some reason(?), I'm right handed FWIW LoL... I can feel some kind of tingling sensation in my left nipple, and thats when I know its "happening" or beginning, it usually doesn't last long for me.

So according to jb160 I can counter any gyno problems by doubling up on the nolva...is that your opinion also?

If your using it for water 10mg sounds fine, you will ultimately have to find what dose is needed for you.

Unless your on 500mg test or above I dont think you have to worry really. If your using nolva during cycle to keep water off or something then double it for a couple-few days yep, if your still getting it then either your using too much test possibly, or maybe you need more nolva.

Right now I am using femara and nolva, plus proviron. The nolva is for the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin ( Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ) treatment I finished today. After Sunday I will drop the nolva and just femara. I use proviron for psycological reasons...I have enough test in my system for a dozen people but I like "happy" feeling proviron gives me.

FYI.....Nolvadex is a Selective Estrogen Blocker that works in the breast tissue, it does nothing, or very, very little in keeping water (bloat) off.

If you want to stop bloat, you have to stop the conversion to estrogen with either Arimidex, Aramosin, or Femara.

Am I over doing it by using Nolva and Femara? Any reason I should not continue both until the cycle ends?
