long story short,
i have trouble benching, ive tried a lot of different grips, but still feel it tons in my shoulders and tris, but not to much in chest (think its because my left arm is shaped dif than my right lol), n e ways
dumbell bench is ok with me, but i dont go up in weight much.
i tried some of the hammer machines in my gym for chest yesterday, and felt it more in my chest.
my whole routines are pretty much free weights, i know there better. would there be any downfall to using the hammer for a few weeks every once in a while>?
