Having good genes and being 25 years old doesn't impress shit.

Show me the skinny guy that packed it on.

Show me the fat boy ripped and hard.

I come across young guys and girls on here that would and could be what they are now WITHOUT any drugs, just the same diet they're already on.

If your 20-30 with your hard body pic . . . .big fucking deal unless you got more then your skinny ass ab showing.

Any skinny fuck has ab muscles.

Yes and if you never post pics of your legs either, you're not impressing anyone. Any ecto can have abs, and any half-witted gym rat can have a chest and arms. Only a devoted bodybuilder who has years of consistent diet and training has a balanced physique with developed LEGS to match a wide and thick back, evenly developed chest, shoulders, traps, and arms.

Love it mike. If you don't weigh over 200lb and im not talking 200lb of fat or 200lb at 6 ft 4, im talking 200lb at a low body fat, you have no bussiness running any form of AAS. These are the guys you will see post that there gear is bunk, because these ass holes never took the time to learn how to eat and train. This shit aint no short cut, put in your work.

Squating and deadlifting for me is a scary game now with my back, even at 25. Though I loved leg day madly...its actually quite frickkin depressing...
