Okay, sadly I have no current pics but the one on my profile is the closest. I've been working out really hard lately and my co workers have even noticed. My biggest problem was drinking, I have finally put a grasp on it and it's helping my workouts. I know this man of genius that helps everyone needs exact specifics but if I can please get some help it would be awesome.
Currently I wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and take a tablespoon of L carnatine and 2 1000 mg of cla tonalin. I then mix 8-12oz of genesis acai juice which has 3000 oracs of the acai berry, mix it with a heaping spoon of psyllium husk.
I go to work and have a cheese omlette with egg, montery jack cheese, onion and ham. I also eat some peaches. This is a common breakfase mon-friday. Lunch I eat at the hospital which is all home cooking, I have chicken breast with broccoli, pork with broccoli, Salmon and Broccoli and sometimes they have asparagus, its consistant though. Dinner I have cesar chicken salads with very little dressing.
My workout pattern is now consistent. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I hit 24 hr fitness and one day do chest and shoulders, 4 different sets and four different exercise each, then I hit cardio for an hr as well doing bike and iliptical, next day I box at a boxing club doing high cardio boxing and training for a solid hr and 15 minutes minutes. I then go to 24 right after and do an hour of cardio on the tred and illiptical. This is consistent all week, and on saturdays I run in the morning between 2-4 miles.
I will try and get a more updated pic so you can see where I am at. Sorry this has come out long. I'm going to Winter Music Conference which is the biggest gathering in my genre of music in the world in South Beach. And I want to be in impeccable shape. I used to juice in 2007 for 8 weeks I did deca and sustanone and I was trying to get big. My strength levels were awesome and I never got em back. I am 195lbs and can only do solid high rep sets on the bench of one 35 on each side. I can do 45 but after 2 sets of 12 I am pushing hard.
I would really like to juice again but dont know anybody. The closest thing is anavar, 69 5mg tablets but from reading I would need 8 weeks and 50mg a day which means I have a week supply. Not sure what my options are or anything else I can do to shred. I drink that acai with psyllium hust 3 times a day and it appears to clear me out.
Please ask me any questions, I just moved out here and dont know anybody and have no way to get my hands on anything else but anavar, 69 5mg tablets. Or I go over the counter. Remember I am already doing one table spoon of L carnetine in the morning and 2000mg of cla tonalin 3 times a day.
If there is anything else I can add please help. Can I go to a physician in Dallas to get supplements? Or more agro stuff? I look forward to details.

I also do bi's and tri's on certain days of the week too, 4 sets of four exercises each muscle and then hit cardio just like above. I also do legs, glutus, calves, quads etc... Prett heavy. I'm solid muscle everywhere but my stomach. I went to vitamin shop today and spent some time with the girl. She said, no cheese in the morning on my omlette or ham and sausage, onions are good as well as spinach. Do protein shakes for my meal replacement and then after workout have a real meal with some carbs, like a potato.
I also bought, recreate by usp labs and a 10 day MHP thyro slim to do right before my trip. Can anybody help?
