Have 3 weeks, need help. Need to shred for Winter Music Conference in South Beach!

Okay, sadly I have no current pics but the one on my profile is the closest. I've been working out really hard lately and my co workers have even noticed. My biggest problem was drinking, I have finally put a grasp on it and it's helping my workouts. I know this man of genius that helps everyone needs exact specifics but if I can please get some help it would be awesome.

Currently I wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and take a tablespoon of L carnatine and 2 1000 mg of cla tonalin. I then mix 8-12oz of genesis acai juice which has 3000 oracs of the acai berry, mix it with a heaping spoon of psyllium husk.

I go to work and have a cheese omlette with egg, montery jack cheese, onion and ham. I also eat some peaches. This is a common breakfase mon-friday. Lunch I eat at the hospital which is all home cooking, I have chicken breast with broccoli, pork with broccoli, Salmon and Broccoli and sometimes they have asparagus, its consistant though. Dinner I have cesar chicken salads with very little dressing.

My workout pattern is now consistent. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I hit 24 hr fitness and one day do chest and shoulders, 4 different sets and four different exercise each, then I hit cardio for an hr as well doing bike and iliptical, next day I box at a boxing club doing high cardio boxing and training for a solid hr and 15 minutes minutes. I then go to 24 right after and do an hour of cardio on the tred and illiptical. This is consistent all week, and on saturdays I run in the morning between 2-4 miles.

I will try and get a more updated pic so you can see where I am at. Sorry this has come out long. I'm going to Winter Music Conference which is the biggest gathering in my genre of music in the world in South Beach. And I want to be in impeccable shape. I used to juice in 2007 for 8 weeks I did deca and sustanone and I was trying to get big. My strength levels were awesome and I never got em back. I am 195lbs and can only do solid high rep sets on the bench of one 35 on each side. I can do 45 but after 2 sets of 12 I am pushing hard.

I would really like to juice again but dont know anybody. The closest thing is anavar, 69 5mg tablets but from reading I would need 8 weeks and 50mg a day which means I have a week supply. Not sure what my options are or anything else I can do to shred. I drink that acai with psyllium hust 3 times a day and it appears to clear me out.

Please ask me any questions, I just moved out here and dont know anybody and have no way to get my hands on anything else but anavar, 69 5mg tablets. Or I go over the counter. Remember I am already doing one table spoon of L carnetine in the morning and 2000mg of cla tonalin 3 times a day.

If there is anything else I can add please help. Can I go to a physician in Dallas to get supplements? Or more agro stuff? I look forward to details.

I also do bi's and tri's on certain days of the week too, 4 sets of four exercises each muscle and then hit cardio just like above. I also do legs, glutus, calves, quads etc... Prett heavy. I'm solid muscle everywhere but my stomach. I went to vitamin shop today and spent some time with the girl. She said, no cheese in the morning on my omlette or ham and sausage, onions are good as well as spinach. Do protein shakes for my meal replacement and then after workout have a real meal with some carbs, like a potato.

I also bought, recreate by usp labs and a 10 day MHP thyro slim to do right before my trip. Can anybody help?

I was eating six but the lady at vitamin store said instead of a protein bar or snack between my three main meals to do protein shake.

I am 25
195 lbs
6"
Probably 12% body fat

When I go to the gym tonight I'll ask if one of the trainers can measure me. I'm pretty confident in the stack I have now. I took my first 2 pills of recreate by usp labs and I feel a lot of energy without the jitters which a lot of energy pills/drinks give me. Sorry I don't have a current pic but I will most certainly get one up soon. Basically just need some guidance. I'm willing to do whatever it takes, if I need to go to a Dr I'll go, if I need to stop something, I'll stop. It may sound odd, but I really want a 6 pack by march 25th. My whole life growing up I always had one than for some reason when I turned 20, I started retaining weight and gaining fat. From now on in the morning I wont put cheese on my

830am omellte it'll be egg/onion/spinach.
1100am protein shake 24 g
100pm 8oz chicken w/ broccoli
4pm protein shake
730pm chicken w/ salad

I may be eating my last meal too late. I get off work at 6pm and go straight to the gym and get out sometimes as late as 830-9pm. On boxing days I go from the boxing ring to the gym and sometimes dont get out till 9pm.

Is there a time where it's TOO late to eat?

Dude wmc is gonna be off the fuckin hook. Do yourself a favor though -- take your diet advice from 3J and not the lady at the vitamin store

Your schedule is very similar too mine. Im either doing Weights in the morning and MMA from 6:30 till 9:15pm, or Im doing my weight training from 8 til about 9pm. If you are doing any kind of exercise at night you dont want to skimp on food just because its late. After all, when you sleep is when your body repairs itself. For example, this is what I do on a MMA night.

9:15 I take my highly advanced and highly scientific PWO shake that consists of Skim milk, Chocolate syrup, and creatine. Just remember to get your 3/1 ratio of simple carbs and protein right after an intense work out.

When I get home and shower, around 10pm I do a lean protein like chicken or egg whites and a complex carb thats easy for my body to digest while sleeping like a piece or 2 of ezekial break.

I would stick with a similar protocol to this if you are worried about cutting weight but are working out late.

well thats the issue here.. eating more does usually help you lose weight, in the long run.. we have three weeks.. and god damn thats alotta cardio

heres what i want you to do.. i want you to cheat on sundays... when i say cheat, i dont mean go stuff your face with pizza

lower your fat intake to under 40g... up your carb intake

your carbs should come from sweet potatoes, red kidney beans, brown rice, yams, ww pasta.. etc..

that way you'll keep losing weight and your leptin levels wont run out...

cuz at the rate your going.. your body will go into starvation mode.. thats a whole messa activity there without enough food

okay i will do brown rice and sweet potatoes every sunday than until wmc? I was on another forum before when I was juicing and you guys are way nicer and helpful. This is how forums should be!!
 
add another meal at 930 10ish... a lean beef would be appropriate... like 93% and up lean ground beef.. london broil.. or roast beef... that'll help you hold on to some muscle
 
WMC is the shit....i was there in 2007. i just went to south beach miami again in june, everyone in south beach is in shape.....
